HOW CAN SHE ADVICE FOR A SECOND CHILD WITHOUT FIXING THE problem with her first one, she is already struggling with a rubbish,sick, selfish in laws and husband.Who will look after the second child where already the first child needs a lot of attention

FALTU DACTAR.The lady who called clearly has a suicidal thought, the so called doctor didn't give any importance to that.She even clearly said that she is having problem with her Dampotto jibon meaning physical relationship with her husband. On top of that she has a abusive in-laws and husband who don't have any sympathy for the lady who is continuously struggling with her disable child and worried about her own marital problems , her future and the future of her child
