I had my tires foam filled. I used the softer foam, so it acts like an air filled tire. It is easier on the tread in concrete.
It worked out great for me; no regrets all these years later.
It was roughly a dollar a pound in 2007. I am not sure of the cost now.

if/ when I buy new tires that would be something to look into. I end up finding used coolant about 200 gal that I plan on putting in
