I love Shizuka as a host!
Just got back from Tokyo.. for this time we spend more time exploring different neighbourhoods away from the main city areas …. Very peaceful and enjoyable experience being with the locals … also great time to enjoy strawberries.. amaze by the quality and amount you can get for less than ¥1000
Takayama is truly underrated. I enjoyed strolling around Miyajima morning market and still have dreams about all the hida beef i ate there
We love you Shizuka
Is your video powered by cherry blossoms? Because every time you laugh, it feels like spring in here
Love the Japanese culture and especially the yummy cuisine wished food in the US was actually healthy for us
I want steamy Hokkaido train station udon noodle bowl. lol
Heading to Japan tomorrow!
Yay! We hope you have a great time!
Will be there in late May
Shizuka on the move and I love it! Memories from the hot egg! Oh, you are covered...
Yeeaay!! a great compilation. It's great to revisit the previous episodes in snippets. A great reminder of how great the food, places, and people in Japan really are :) :)
Not only that, we get ourselves a compilation of Shizuka-neesan's cool collection of Jackets, Sweaters, and Coats. Some highlights are the Blue Jacket with Patterns, the Navy Pea Coat, and also the Magical Color-Changing Jacket of Hiroshima Episode :D :D
Shizuka is the Japan Princess! ❤❤❤
Shizuka, I eagerly anticipate your videos every Sunday. You’re an incredible host with a charming, bubbly personality, and you’re also beautiful.
Going to Japan next month for the first time! Thanks for the tips!
Yay! Have a great time!
As much as I wish it were otherwise, I'm going to have to wait for your Japan Guide 2026 or 2027 for planning my next trip. I'll be watching every video in the meantime.
Any Michelin-starred pescetarian restaurant recos? More power to this channel. Oh and hi Shizuka!
Heading there in April!
Yay! Hope this video is helpful to you then 🙏🏻
Donuts as sweet as SRA!
what he said in 2:18 is so true. when some place try to elaborate too much about where the food is farmed etc just for it to taste meh i found it so pointless. good food will speak for itself.
This channel has shown me how much of Japan I haven't yet explored despite having traveled there multiple times.
You guys should get more subs, valuable information.
Could you guys do more family places as there so many going to Japan and not just couples
I was just in Kamakura 2 weeks ago, and I think i accidentally came across Shizuka by chance!
Oh lol I was there so you did! 😆
Awesome 🎉
Finally going to Japan in May. This has been the top UA-cam feed since I booked.
I’m flying to Fukuoka next Sunday following your guiding footage, Can’t wait.
We hope you have a great time!
Headed to Japan in February! Looking forward to the many food options across the country.
Shizukaaaaaaa
I wanna go to Japan 🇯🇵 it’s my dream to go there.
Very interesting I plan on visiting with 2 other couples in June, maybe I will use your service
Very well done episode! ✨👍
But I feel kind of sad to not have Nagoya in this guide. We have here such an amazing food experiences and places to visit and have fun...😢
Great tips!
Thanks for watching!
Great video!
Thanks for watching!
I've been to Tokyo 10 times and I never ate any food in a restaurant. I'm a vegan and the language barrier was too intimidating so I never even tried . Plus I feel like I'm in the way when people are getting off work and just want to eat before going home. I usually just go to Family Mart and get some noodles and eat in my hotel room
Family Mart is not a bad thing. It's one of my favourites.
We use Google Lens for translation. For menu, directions, anything. Maybe you can also use their website, by food, to help find vegan places.
The only thing I want is Vegetarian options in food because I'm a vegetarian guy. Is this hard to find in this country?
I need to see Max D Capo on some of these.
Thank you,now I'm very hungry.
Happy new year! Can I get a heart?

Also donate food to the poor in Loas and Thailand especially the poor kids
🌹💓💓💋
Cain or Abel? Hopefully neither. Both are irreplaceable, but one didn't think so of themselves, or the other.
3.3 million visitors to Japan and that's just Australians
weren't they thinking about raising tourist taxes in Japan?
OMG how do you deal with this invasion of horrible tourists
