    Your thoughts were my thoughts when I started reading the passage : The Ruach is breathing the same words into the minds of so many around the world and you confirm it with your preaching weekly. Please continue your faithful preaching. You encourage me to a better man, father and husband. May my family see the light as well and love TORAH. I cry in my heart for them not being like minded with me at this point in time. May I one day like Moshe say to them: "these are my people and may they gladly come with me on the journey of freedom"

I’ve been listening to your Torah studies for over a year now and it’s really opened my eyes coming from a Christian perspective and all the church has left behind as the law. The journey of repentance and return is a sanctifying process that is not always easy, but everything that we learn along the way is for our good! Be encouraged and keep your eyes on Heavenly Father and not on others, or on your past, nor worry about the future... but simply keep your eyes on Him, for "by beholding we will become changed into that perfect likeness" of Heavenly Father and will be restored and returned into that perfect echad oneness with Him who is our true identity! 😊🙏❤

    I am a Catholic since birth, and this for me, is about the founding of the church when Jesus said to Simon/Peter as the rock and the keys of the kingdom will not prevail against them.Can you help please with this. Jesus always refers to the most high God and the spirit of the most high.
    HELP.
    .but love Torah. Jesus is so much part of us as the trinity, as the God the most high, and the spirit.can you help?

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  7 місяців тому

      Jesus/Yeshua knew that there was only one Spirit Source of all, which he called "Heavenly Father" so that we can experience a personal loving relationship with that Source Spirit and worship Him alone as Yeshua did.
      In regards to Peter and the meaning of the "Rock" and the "keys to the kingdom we must remember that in Matt. 16:13 the context is Yeshua asking, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”
      When Yeshua says “on this rock I will build,” he uses a slightly different word: “You are petros, and on this petra I will build . . .” This creates space between Peter and “the rock”. Yeshua does not say “On you I will build my church” but “on this rock.” “This rock” is distinct from Peter, although connected to him.
      After Peter’s confession, Jesus promises, “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven” (Matt. 16:19). This is future tense; Peter immediately shows that he is not yet ready for the keys Jesus promises (Matt. 16:21-23).
      We soon discover the difference between the man and the rock. After Yeshua grants Peter future keys to the kingdom, Yeshua explains how he must die in Jerusalem (Matt. 16:21). Peter rebukes Yeshua, whom he has just called the Son of God, saying, “This shall never happen to you” (Matt. 16:22). In response Yeshua chastises Peter: “Get behind me, Satan! You are a hindrance to me” (Matt. 16:23). “Hindrance” translates skandalon, a cause of offense, a temptation, a trap.
      Thus Peter is not the foundation of a new “church” system, but in fact the true Rock is Yeshua. Yeshua in Matthew 21:42 will again point to himself as the cornerstone, citing Isaiah 28:16 and Psalm 118:22 and in 1 Corinthians 3:11, Rabbi Shaul (Paul) identifies Yeshua as the Assembly’s sole foundation. Later, Paul writes that God built his “household . . . on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Yeshua himself being the cornerstone” (Eph. 2:19-20). Finally, Revelation 21:14 pictures the new Jerusalem with “twelve foundations” not one, and they are the “twelve apostles of the Lamb.” Hope this helps.

    What’s this about an owl idol in Washington, DC? First I’ve heard of this!

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  Рік тому +1

      yes the layout of the US Capital grounds is laid out in the shape of an owl which is an ancient symbol used in freemasonry. There’s also an owl hiding on the front of the one dollar bill and the owl is the mascot logo symbol of the Bohemian Club private men’s club in San Francisco (US) of which US presidents and other elitist are members. Fraternally, owls have been associated with countless other groups as well including the Minerval Owl in the Bavarian Illuminati, Sophia, Columbia, a representation of general knowledge and even used in place of the Great Lights as a symbol in different countries. In ancient Greece, an owl was always depicted on the shoulder of Minerva and Athena, goddesses of wisdom and learning, symbolizing the occult knowledge of the pagan gods and since the Illuminati think themselves to be the wise rulers of the planet, maintaining and passing on the secret knowledge of the ancient deities, the owl became one of their symbols. Its unblinking large eye represents the all-seeing eye of the Illuminati that never closes.

    At 36:32, you mentioned that there are 15 days, that is exactly 1hr, between Yom teruah and Sukkot, and equate it to 1 hour of the fall of Babylon in Revelation during the tribulation. • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers

      An hour is 1/24th of a day, and God always uses a day for a year principle when enacting judgment (see Num. 14:34; Eze. 4:4-7), thus 1/24th of a prophetic Jewish year of 360 days equals exactly 15 days. His name could not have a 'vav' because the ancient Hebrew, such as Yemenite Jews have faithfully retained, still use the 'waw'-YHWH. There is no question the original pronounciation is with a 'waw', as verified by numerous scholars, as well as the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies.
    In his book 'Ancient Hebrew', Chris Rollston--associate professor in the Department of Classical and Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations at George Washington University--has this to say 'The historic pronunciation of this letter (a voiced bilabial) is /waw/, a pronunciation attested in various Semitic languages (ancient and modern). Moreover, even the Masoretes (600 C.E.-1000 C.E.) arguably pronounced this letter as /waw/ (not /vav/). The common pronunciation of this letter today as /vav/ (rather than /waw/) is a reflection of conventions in the modern period, primarily those hailing from Germanic language practices (notice, for example, that the German letter /w/ is pronounced as an English /v/, not as an English /w/; thus, the German word "Wasser" [water] is pronounced /vasser/ in German). In sum, the tradition of pronouncing this letter as /waw/ is historically more accurate (and so it is found in many grammars of biblical Hebrew, including Thomas Lambdin's). The convention of pronouncing it as /vav/ is also acceptable, but this pronunciation does hail from the modern period. '
    Speaking on 'waw', the Jewish Encyclopedia says the following: 'WAW Sixth letter of the Hebrew alphabet. The name possibly means "nail" or "hook," and the shape of the letter in the Phenician alphabet bears some resemblance to a hook. "Waw" is a labial spirant, identical in sound with the English "w." When preceded by the labial vowel "u," it blends with it ("uw"), the result being a long u-sound; and when an a-vowel precedes it, the two form the diphthong "au," which in Hebrew has passed into "o." At the beginning of a word (a position it rarely has in Hebrew) "waw" retains its consonantal value, except when followed by פ, נ, מ, or a letter with simple "shewa." As the first letter of verb-stems it has been replaced in Hebrew almost everywhere by "yod." As a numeral (in the later period) "waw" has the value of 6.
    In his book 'How the Hebrew Language Grew' Edward Horowitz, pp. 29-30 also confirms the following '“The sound of waw a long time ago wasn’t ‘vav’ at all but ‘w’ and ‘w’ is weak. The Yemenite Jews of Arabia who retain an ancient, correct, and pure pronunciation of Hebrew still pronounce the waw as ‘w,’ as does Arabic, the close sister language of Hebrew,”
    His name would be 'Yahawah', which phonetically sounds like 'Yahaweh' or 'Yahweh'. Theodoret of Cyprus (5th Century AD) said the Samaritans of his time spoke the sacred name clearly as Yahweh. Josephus stated that the pronunciation of YHWH is phonetically spoken like 4 vowels. EE AHH
    OOOH AAA. (EE + AHH = Yah,) (OOH + AAA = weh.) So when you phonetically pronounce the 4 letters together they sound like Yahweh.
    According to the Encyclopedia Judaica, p. 680, vol. 7, “the true pronunciation of the tetragrammaton, YHWH, was never lost. The name was pronounced Yahweh. It was regularly pronounced this way at least until 586 B.C., as is clear from the Lachish Letters written shortly before this date.” Encyclopedia Judaica, pg. 680, The Macmillan Co., New York, 1971.
    Yemenite Jews, who never left the land of Israel and were not influenced by Latin/German languages, still use the 'waw' and say the name is 'Yahweh.' a name is clearly heard at the Wailing Wall on Yom Kippur.

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  2 роки тому +2

      The Divine name, represented by the four Hebrew consonants יהוה, appears nearly 7,000 times in the Hebrew Scriptures.
      Some people have become influenced by Arabic thinking that the "vav" should be pronounced with a "W" sound (and thus say YaHWeH) but this is not correct as proven by historical writings. The "vav" with the "v" sound came first and predates the Arabic and Yemenite influences of the "W".
      There's no question whatsoever that 1,500 years ago in the land of Israel, the Jews pronounced that sound as a "v."
      One proof we have that the Hebrew “Vav” was pronounced with a “V” sound is because of ancient Jewish poetry when reading works by the Jewish poet named Eleazar ben Kalir 1500 years ago in the 6th century CE that rhymed the Hebrew word “Levi” (לוי) pronounced “layvee” with the word for prophet which is “Navi” (נביא) pronounced “navee”.
      The vowels in the Holy name that people see added in more recent scripts were the vowels of Adonai (a-o-a) so as to not pronounce the Holy name, and the misleading vowels were added only in the last 500 years since the Masoratic text showed the vowels of Torah making people think it is pronounced "Yahovah" instead of actually pronouncing the simple YHVH consonants as YHVH.
      As far as your reference to Josephus to vowels this because of the Greek take over of the Temple before Josephus' time causing transliterations of the Holy Name YHVH to be put into Greek characters which did not have some of the Hebrew consonants such as Yod, Hey and Vav so they exchanged these Greek transliterations of the Holy name with their vowels. Now transliterating the name of YHVH into Greek is not easy. This is because certain Hebrew letters/sounds do not occur in Greek. Among these are the letters YUD (Y); HEY (H) and VAV (V) the very letters which make up the name in Hebrew. When transliterating these letters into Greek substitutions are made. Consistantly the Hebrew letter YUD (Y) is transliterated into Greek as IOTA (I).
      An example of this type of Greek Transliterations of YHVH is ancient scripts showing IAO in the first century and IAOUE from Clement of Alexandria around 150 - 212 C.E. Hope this helps! Many blessings in your continued studies and spiritual growth! 🙏❤
