Yoo, this guy brings back memories. I remember when I was 7 or 8 and I would watch these lego tutorials. These boxes weren't that hard, they were projects like candy dispensers and rubber band guns that were a little trickier. Keep up the work pancake!

If you don't have all pieces in the same color, try to place them so, that (for example) all red pieces are at one place and no red piece is rounded by green. Say that if the bottom plates are green, that it resembles a solid green box with red paint thrown on it! IT LOOKS STUNNING

This would be grate for a proposal ring! I would put a special quote in it, or just: "You are loved!" and gave it to my loves ones. For kids this would be grate, to give them a little present.

it took me a while to find all the parts but in the end it was very satisfying to know i built it. but seriously i spent so freaking long finding all the parts in a huge bin of legos, it was cool but never again.

I built one, took me a lot longer, like, 3 hours. I just have a large box of legos, so I really have to dig to find the pieces, mines name is Bob. Inside is a rock I polished by hand with a wet file, it was my lucky rock for years, but it's to large to carry around anymore. At least not anywhere convenient, thanks for showing us how to make this, it's awesome

how can you have all these pieces.…
You go to a LEGO store that may or may not actually be available in your area and you go: "Yo, gimme this and that and this." Then you pay a slightly ridiculous amount of money and take your pieces home. If you don't have a LEGO store nearby, pray that LEGO ships to your country or you can afford some proxy mailing service. If neither of those things, hoard through sets, at some point maybe you'll have half the pieces you need.
I love your puzzle boxes! This one is realy simple and fun to snap the drawer back in.
I know a sure-fire way to open that thing. It involves a hammer...
