I love my 19x. I bought a gen 5 19 and had the slide cut for an rmr and cerikoted it desert tan to match the 19x. I trade slides around so that I can run the 19x with an rmr. Thanks LV for the great video.
I like the sights, slide catch/release, 'magwell" and the floorplates. I think the laser engraving could follow the curvature of the rear grip better though (more precise) and I still think dual trigger-guard undercuts would be a viable modification. Still, very nice and hope they sell well. The G45 has grown on me.

Larry looking great, nice to see you have lost some of that extra weight you were carrying. With all the injuries you had to have suffered with your career in special operations trimming down should help with a lot of the strain and especially any knee or spinal issues.
You guys should make a grip plug just like that for the Glock 43x, the Glock 43x to me doesn't look that nice with that magazine base sticking out and nothing behind it, your grip plug would make it look nicer, would you look into this, thanks.

I just bought a Glock 17 gen 5 a couple weeks ago. Is there anything that absolutely has to be changed or can I just throw a good light on it and call it good
Tadicuslegion78 - your good to go. A good light is really all you do need. I find the stock sight very easy to use and accurate. Night sights a cool looking but think about it , I’m not shooting at anything in the dark. If I can’t see my sights then for dam sure I can’t see the target in front of them.

Fruits are a shitload of sugar. Drink plenty of water and give 1 cheat day a week... progress to skipping lunch and overall don't be a pussy 😁

Base gun is a Gen 5. It's only available in 9mm. Gen 5 was built for law enforcement and everyone is racing back to 9mm including Customs/Border Patrol just announcing the switch from 40 Cal HKs. All started with the FBI. DHS is switching as well.

I built my own glock 45. Started with a lipseys exclusive fde, added a timney alpha trigger, rival arms guide rod and meprolight adjustable sights.
Just bought my G45 yesterday. Can't wait to modify it. Fixing to order the Vickers rear battle sight and ameriglo front.

Buy some night sights, glock stock sights are plastic and not great.
Strip the slide and send it to Glock to install night sights
Garrett Slade seconded. Night sights are definitely needed. Everything else is fine. Unless you want stippling if you have big sweaty hands
I put a grip force beaver tail on my 19x and my sights present just like a 1911. Best money I’ve spent. The ones that came with it . Still in box.
