I love scale tow chains. they just look so cool wrapped around a bumper bar especially after wheeling a bit and the get scratched up and start to rust. Plus the rattle too!
John I truly appreciate you still making videos even though you’re not feeling great. Speedy recovery my friend.. I think my favorite scale accessory is the warm winch on my gen8 ..
Favorite scale accessory I have is actually a collection. It's a 1/12 duffel bag stuffed with $750,000 in 1/12 cash, partially unzipped to show the cash, a pistol-grip-only shotgun, and two Jack Daniels bottles. Fits nice with one end down in the footwell and the top unzipped end propped up in the passenger seat of the Tamiya semis, definitely tells anyone looks that there's a story in there.
The good content is still here despite the bonk on the noggin. The brain is incredibly resilient. From what I know about brain injuries, recovery often requires that we keep making them work so they can repair and rebuild pathways. So keep it up! On topic question: I love little scale details like the ones in this video…but are we basically making the RC equivalent of a doll house? 😂 if so, I guess that’s ok!
There is just something about Coleman or Rubbermaid coolers and jerry cans that i cant stop printing. I ve got now about 5 or 6 of them at various scales...oh and recently I got a stretchable net that holds the accessories in one place on the roofrack.
Surprised to see this, but happy! Take your time to heal, John. GREAT seeing you up and around, but don't push it! We are all hoping for a full recovery for you, no matter how long it takes! ~Ron
My favorite scale accessory is my little 1/10 scale red toolbox that I made myself with thin sheet metal solder and some tiny screws. My theory is "it looks real because it is real. It's just smaller" that's y I made metal side mirrors and metal bumpers. It's how they're made in 1/1 so y not do the same but smaller?
I think my Warn winch is a fav controlled from my TX, other than that a real timber box to hide my light controller for my Toyota Hilux pickup... scale stainless steel checker plate or diamond plate to line my tray too. Hope you're feeling better soon bud!
Speaking of things that shoot, I have a henglong tank and love the smoke machine on it and airsoft cannon. So those are my favorite scale acessories i guess
My favorite scale accessory is the contractor/ladder rack on my tf2 as you don't see to many rigs with them. As for my friend, his new favorite scale accessory is his scx24 on his scx6. He tried getting scale points at our local comp but they said it doesn't count, lol. What's that black caged rig behind the blue trx behind you?
Maybe it's time to produce some content about your favorite recliner. Does it have cup holders? I'm guessing you don't have one. Take care of your self.
You've worked your ass off for so long. Now's the time to take the load off and just rest up. Don't worry about us, we'll be fine. You just need to get better buddy
Medicated or not... still WAY more articulate than our current president... lolol 🤣.. this was a fun vid... The internet needs more light hearted content.. Ya look like ya had fun on this one 👍
You actually do "fish" for gators or alligators 🤜🏼🤛🏼 You look for them on surface and or bubbles coming up. Take a good rope with an extra large triple hooked treble hook and safely toss it out towards the Gator and or bubbles let it sink which happens fast then just start pulling and when you hook into a Gator you better be Gator fishing cause they will pull you clean out the boat and death roll with you or if hook gets loose and you're luckiest day alive is that day. Your going home to do it again sometime 💪🏼🤜🏼🤛🏼🤠 hahah * also helps to have a friend or a hand cranked lift you can lift them with or you and hopefully a buddie have to literally grab hundreds and hundreds of dead weight/Gator from the water up over the edge and into your boat!! It's only for wild men and women 😉 Darn I'll take me a Gator catching girl over some prissy city girl ANY day!! And there's ALOT of beautiful, strong and smart country girls out there for all us country men thankfully!
I (currently) have two "favorite" scale accessories, both of which are 1/10. The first is a pair of Starbucks Frappuccinos. The second is a guitar...and, what makes this one a little more 'special' than the Frappuccinos, and a lot more than any others, is that it was made just like a real guitar, complete with frets, guitar strings, and (non-functioning) tuning pegs. As for the scale bicycle, I have an "interesting" story. Unfortunately, it's not a 'good' one...but, it did have a (mostly) happy ending. I purchased one of those bikes, through eBay, from a seller based in Arizona. The listing clearly stated "1/10 scale". He had several photos, showing the packaging, as well as the bike outside the packaging...but, he had purposely placed his own graphics (the graphic stating "1/10 scale") directly over where it indicated "1/8 scale" on the packaging. Talk about probably deceiving customers, and violating eBay policies. Of course, I didn't discover this 'problem' until I received the package (which also contained the "favorite" scale accessories, mentioned above, as those had also been purchased from the same seller (this info might 'clue' others into who this seller might be). I contacted the seller, to which he ignored my message. Then, I filed an 'inquiry' with eBay, to which he finally responded. He agreed to refund the purchase price, but attempted to retire me to pay the return shipping. At that point, I had the 'inquiry' upgraded to a 'claim'. In the end, eBay refunded the full amount, and did a "reverse EFT", taking the money from the seller. However, in all this, said seller 'blocked' me from every ordering from him again...as if I would EVER order from that untrustworthy seller again. End result: I got my money back (including the shipping cost & tax)...plus, I still have that 1/8 scale bicycle (still sealed inside the box, which is still inside the cellophane wrap).
Buy your kid a 20” bmx or 24” mountain bike from a bike shop when they are big enough to ride it, depending on which they like. It will be way better geometry and quality than any box store bike and not break as easily. It’s like buying a hobby grade bike vs a toy grade bike. You may encourage them to be cyclists for life by giving them so much better of an experience.
That explains the tshirt frequency. Lol. Rest up John. After my mtb concussion, I want nothing but the most boring thoughtless time for your brain to relax, my friend.

Hey John! Wishing you a speedy recovery! My favorite scale accessory would be the driver figures that I try to put in each of my rigs.

My scale chainsaw is my favorite of course!
Really like my SSD locking hubs on my Element. Mostly useless but fun to unlock and do cookies. Also my Lone Ranger driver for my Jeep project.
Ever since the accident you’ve had a crazy eyes & you slightly resemble Jack Nicholson in the movie the Shinning. Here’s Johnny! 😂
Funny! I love my scale bikes and bike racks.

Not medicated! That was just a particularly bad day of brain fog. I used flexoril the first few nights for sleeping but just advil otherwise.

This is painful. Like Watching fetterman. Take a break bud
I love watching John’s videos, but yeah he needs to take break and heal up. I hope he gets all the medical he needs.
Filmed this, and the previous vid on the same day last week, not filming new ones for a bit. I'm just resting and recovering
That explains the tshirt frequency. Lol. Rest up John. After my mtb concussion, I want nothing but the most boring thoughtless time for your brain to relax, my friend.
Get better John and have a speedy recovery
Divorced?
