I liked them both, and yes, the hipsters used in the later episodes tried to out do each other, which took away from the show, in my opinion. The show was about the weird, wacky and oddball places around Chicago, not which lumber-sexual had the best wannabe neck beard. 😁

This show was one of the main highlights of my weekend back in the day; shame that they don't show it anymore.
I discovered so many places from watching this show. This parrot place is now Phil's Pizza d'Oro. That Moo & Oink is now Dollar Tree.
