Love this video and how it breaks down DISC. I’m a high S and my husband gave me this valuable advice long time ago he told me this: don’t get emotional about what happens on the job. I may be in my feelings all day about what happen and 5-20 minutes later the other person isn’t thinking about it. I’ve watched this video 3 times and it has added valuable information I didn’t catch the other times.
To really get what YOU want, YOU must have huge belief that YOU will bring it into YOUR life 🏆 YOU need to have results in YOUR head that make YOU feel certain as it already happened 💯 Let the powerful belief be YOUR ritual! ❤️

I agree I got injured last year and basically had to start all over again from scratch with a New gameplan to attack the new obstacles in front of me. life is like Jenga sometimes you or someone else knocks down your pieces it may not be your fault but it’s your responsibility to keep pursuing what your heart and mind desire. Go back to the blueprints and pick up the pieces never stop building or redesigning your life. May everyone have a blessed year 💯‼️

If you want greatness you're gonna have to do that thing scared! The heaviness of greatness was upon me. As a speaker/coach/trainer not going at it full-time, I started personal growth (8yrs ago) uncertain working my full-time job. Leadership was on me hard. Even though I was not completely sure, I knew I had to start learning. No turning back. Didn't speak publicly until 6 yrs later. I was nervous as hell! I would not let scared kill my dream. I walked up to that stage like I had spoken before. I killed it! Only 13 people came, but I prepared like I was about to speak to 10,000. My advice to you guys, go get what you want. Fear will paralyze you. No regrets y'all....go get it!

I haven't taken the assessment yet, but just based on E's teachings, I feel like I'm a high HIGH C. I like structure, rules, regulations, things are done a certain way for a reason. Doctrines and procedures are to be followed for a reason. Definitely feeling like a high C.

im signing up for your course E i knew from a young age i was not a average kid ive lost chances before i even learn to communicate.i just graduated barber school which was my dream job but i know theres more for me my fiance and my little family i made im 28 years old and im from new york city but i left to better my life and not become a product of my enviorment. i had to eliminate people places and things to get to where i am at today. i offered to pay the course for my father in law, so we can bondd and he can get out of his depression , he turned it down and now im kinda sad cause going through barber school i achieved something and i was hoping it would infect him and he would over come his depression and feel motivated guess not, further more i dont knoww if you will read this but i listened to all ur videos and it got me through school thank you some much E you were legit filling the void of a father figure that was missing in my life im gonna sign up for youre course and im gonna become everything i set out to be thank you E but i have to take youre course i know theres more to just journey i dont think this has a destination anymore

The Passport Assessment on etinspires.com. It is a test that, after taking, gives you the DISC personality profile. I hope this helps.
