- Good evening, my friends and fellow Tingleheads! It's been quite a while since my last Bedtime Fairy Tales reading, but so many of you continue to request it, even after all this time! I also got an absolutely heartbreaking comment from a viewer whose son suffers from migraines and somehow manages to find some relief from these videos...so this one goes out to him. Enjoy!

I'm a 45 yr old disabled man and because of my crippled nerve I don't sleep much:about 4hrs a day.Your videos help me get to a state of relaxation that allows me to sleep.Thank you.
Stephen Cody I recommend a subtle lavender scent for your bedroom. My mother, who can hardly walk due to a recent accident, also struggles to sleep. So I spray a lavender scent, then set up an ASMR video for her and she falls asleep so fast now, causing me to relax also. I hope the best for you!
+Stephen Cody I get bad nerve pain from a medical condition so I have trouble sleeping too. ASMR helps me fall asleep earlier but I also recommend blocking out all light possible in your bedroom. It has helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep easier. I use black out curtains and an eye mask. I hope your situation gets better 💜

My family adopted my 4 year old cousin (now 6) about a year and a half ago and when she first started living with us she had a lot of trouble adjusting and falling asleep at night so I would let her fall asleep in bed with me. This inevitably led to her watching your videos with me every night and her favorite videos of yours are the bedtime fairytale ones (specifically the three little pigs) and she falls asleep to them every night now. She’s so excited for bedtime tonight because of your new video (: thank you for all that you do, Ally!
Hun my son suffered from depression after his father died , things were really tough for us all. my son is 16yrs old now and without his father things were super difficult. My son had a breakdown and not much helped , however I introduced him to ASMR as a way to help him relax at night. not the weird stuff on Internet but just relaxation stuff. ASMR helped so thakyou, as a nurse I believe certain types of ASMR can really be help in a holistic way and bring about a sense of peace.....even if only for a short while. x

For some reason hearing that you’re a mother made me appreciate you more. I’m a mother as well (9,5 and 2 months) and for a few years now I have found comfort in your videos. Being a mom is the toughest job in the world (if you don’t think so you’re either not a parent, or doing it wrong). Your son is very lucky to have you! Thank you for all you do for your followers :)

I was about to fall asleep and then I realized i really needed to comment this. You’re one of the first asmrist I’ve watched and I’ve been watching/listening for 2 years. I’ve watched your amazing content everytime you posted and whenever I could re listen. After I discovered new channels, I didn’t get the same experience and relaxation I did as I got from here. I started to not like asmr anymore and then I came back to here and rewatched videos. I really believe you are amazing at making people feel at peace. I also have had very bad migraines since I was little and thank you for putting my mind at peace for 2 years. Keep doing what you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My 3yr old experiences asmr I'm not sure if it's connected with me having watched them a lot during pregnancy but she totally zones out and gets goose bumps. It's thanks to incredibly talented asmr artists as yourself that help my 3yr old relax especially during a tantrum which can be stressful. We enjoy watching them together and they have a calming effect on both of us. Thank you so much for everything you do xxx
The comment from the mother about the migraines rings true for me also. I'm 38 though, but I have also recently found that asmr videos with quiet reading are extremely helpful for relieving some of the less than pleasant migraine symptoms, and they also help me with relaxation in general. I also have chronic pain and for some reason reading asmr helps, and I play these videos a lot now that I've found them. Then you for doing them!

The reason I found ASMR was because I couldn’t sleep after I lost my brother (almost four years ago). It was a tragic and very unexpected accident and he was 7 years older than me. Your video about your brother hit Home so much.

I've probably rewatched your story reading videos a hundred times at this point, because they're really helpful to me, too. I have severe anxiety and other mental illness (and physical illness, it's just a whole mess, haha) that can be debilitating at times, and there have been points where I'll get stuck rather violently tremoring for hours, or just too panicked to sleep, and I get someone to put your story videos on for me if I can't do it myself. A lot of times it's the only thing that actually let's me sleep when things are bad. I found your videos years ago at a time when I was too ill to leave my bedroom and they played a big part in keeping me out of the hospital and helping me feel more comfortable.
