Halfway through the song, Wendy is corrupted while BF and Timmy are half corrupted as Butters is semi-corrupted. 40 seconds later, BF says “This is all my fault.. I must do what is right.. Fight back..” He does that but he ends up getting stabbed, torned apart, and smacked to a million pieces to the point he can’t be revived (he’s the only instant dead person because video game characters cannot be pibbified but rather killed permanently). THE SOUTH breaks apart as Clyde punches Kenny and he somehow ends up being half corrupted, but he leaves, especially Ike, but they went separate ways. After that, Timmy gets stabbed and corrupted along with Butters but it happened to Butters off-screen. And in the end, the camera shows Timmy with a wheel lodged to his skull and arms ripped off and Butters with his brain and skull exposed and arms ripped off as a distorted and creepy version of the South Park Intro plays.
