    Awesome. Felt an uneasiness in the stomach. Keep them coming! Even better is we weren’t told the total number of efforts up front. Good for mental toughness.

    That last 3min effort got me by surprise! I was all but finished off and then realised we had another to go haha great workout! I will come back to this one.

    Manon, , this session was amazing. Your ability to continue to uplift and explain the value of the workouts is enough by itself but to be able to continuously keep up the encouragement while participating is so much more of a lift! Keep them coming!!

    these on-off sessions are for me. i've been training with 20 sec on 60 off for like an hour (on the road). it's only been a few weeks, already noticing the gains. Thanks GCN! 🧡💛💚💙💜🤎

    Thanks Mannon! You kept me motivated the whole time kept it at 72kg rider keeping it at 350 then up to 380 at end of the 3 mins. Feeling good! 🙌💪cheers

    Was a bit intimidated by this one but I probably need 20 minutes just to warm up so I really didn't get into it in terms of making it work until about halfway through. But I tried to end well. Thank you Manon, you rock!

    I did this workout cuz I had a few hours before work. Wish I had waited! Tuff, tuff workout but the blood is really flowing through the body. Great workout, Great Job Manon!

    That was a super endurance training session with our super trainer Mannon. My legs are have bien in need for that although i had juste returned from my trip to the mountains. Could GCN put a 60 minutes pyramidal session or a 60 minutes fait burn session ? Would need that a lot too ☺️

    Love your sessions apparently, I have a question though. I have done all the 3min sessions with the same gear. Kept 90rpm to all of these, the last one have an average of 97 rpm, but the hardest by far was the first one, I thought that I am not going to survive not the whole 40min but the first 3min. What does it mean? Thank you or anyone else can tip me off.

    Great session, thank you. IMHO though it could have done with a longer cool down as 1 min not enough, 45 min session with 6 min cool down would have made it perfect for me.
