That was a super endurance training session with our super trainer Mannon. My legs are have bien in need for that although i had juste returned from my trip to the mountains. Could GCN put a 60 minutes pyramidal session or a 60 minutes fait burn session ? Would need that a lot too ☺️

Kept 90rpm to all of these, the last one have an average of 97 rpm, but the hardest by far was the first one, I thought that I am not going to survive not the whole 40min but the first 3min. What does it mean? Thank you or anyone else can tip me off.
Great session, thank you. IMHO though it could have done with a longer cool down as 1 min not enough, 45 min session with 6 min cool down would have made it perfect for me.
