"Two Democrats from states with large Republican bases", nuff said.
Very little of this is about whether Pres. Biden is able to make reasoned wise decisions about important national concerns. It's all about being able to win. Politics has devolved into something that often appears to have nothing to do with good policy, but has become almost entirely about power.
Very little? It's literally THE ENTIRE POINT OF THE ARGUMENT.
The man is senile. He can't remember what he ate just minutes after they take off his bib. Propping him up and flying him around is elder abuse.
Yes it is about power and we will show that the power is in the hands of the people. This nation is grounded in that and on November 5, 2024 we will show the world that is where the real power is. Come November 2024 there will be the largest voter turnout in the history of the United States.

@@JaysSavvy That's a rather ageist comment, and not particularly well-informed. Just what exactly has he been doing so ineptly for 3-1/2 years before this, and several decades before that? My doctorate is in cognitive aging and I can tell you his simple infrequent word-finding difficulties are not any sort of diagnostic indicator. Many of the things people think they see as signs of incipient dementia are fairly common in people decades younger than he. They just get dismissed and explained away with excuses. We know that adults of advanced age DO process information more slowly, but then we would hope that few, if any, decisions with national, diplomatic, or global consequences are made impulsively or as snap judgments. Wise decision-making takes time. If you are looking for flippant "indicators" of probably dementia, you can look no further than one word: *covfefe*
@@christenasmalls6118 If you hit 70% or even 65% voter turnout, I'd be very impressed and surprised. Many factors have led to diminishing voter turnout, not the least have been efforts to suppress the vote, or at least make it more difficult, and voter cynicism about whether their vote "matters". As well, I think that citizens have come to consider their ballot as only one element of their overall "democratic portfolio", treating other things like pre and post-election protests, and even snarky UA-cam posts as somehow reasonable substitute manners of expressing their popular will.
It would actually make a fascinating survey question for those in a position to use it: "Is there anything you do, or would consider doing, that you feel is as consequential as voting?"

Biden, in his 2020 campaign, promised to unify the American people.
He failed. He and democrat leadership savagely attacked republucans, serving only to further divide the country. But that is part of the Marxist manifest incorporated into the Democrat playbook.
