I am really interested in this, I was finally diagnosed with polyneuropathy after years of suffering with pain, numbness, weakness, twitching and even electric shock like pain in both legs, arms and jaw area. I believe that my polyneuropathy is the product of antiretroviral medications, which I have taken since 2015, hope this does help us suffering from drug induced neuropathies.

The buildup of azoles (the doctors suspect) in my wife's body has caused severe peripheral neuropathy to the point she can't walk or hold anything without aide. She will be starting a treatment of Fosmanogepix in hopes of reversing the neuropathy. She has tried all existing anti-fungal meds and a regiment of amphotericin infusions, so this experimental drug is the last option to combat her coccidioidomycosis meningitis. If you have any information regarding this drug or any other thoughts, I would appreciate it.

I have spinal issues but I also took CIPRO and I have not been the same since. I feel like my nerves are dying on me. I have my appointment with the doctor for my zoom call this upcoming week. I’m hoping this could also help me. If they accept me I am definitely going to BioXcellerator

I did not land up going, but only because the travel would’ve been really difficult for me. But I am interested in hearing update from Matthew on his neuropathy because I would like to reengage with BioXcellerator now that I know more about my condition.

Can stem cells help muscle tissue grow and muscle fibers realign spindles correctly, etc. to regain normal length and tension and eventually fully functionality returning in some patients? Thank you

Been following you closely. I’m headed there the end of July for the same reason as yourself. Cipro.
    Any advice on my trip?
    Thank you.

Where do they inject tho for this?

I mean, I saw the permanent markers "X marking many spots" and I heard mention of peroneal tendons and a few other soft tissue landmarks. Did you inject stem cells directly into each of those marked spots, and how many stem cells went into each injection spot?
Asking for myself as I have diagnosed "equinus contractures" bilaterally of my gastroc-soleus complexes with absent Achilles tendon reflexes but I've been working hard at rehabbing them and gained some feeling and proprioception, feeling and ability to flex both gastrocs now so I believe there is hope to regain full ability and feeling back.
