Safwaan, I ended up getting the 11 Pro Max with 100% Battery Health. What I still don’t understand is why one would need a MagSafe Case on the IPhone 12 or 13. If both are MagSafe IPhone is it more about fast charging and not so much about the ability to have a magnetic hold in the case of a car mount? From the design standpoint, I really prefer the rounded edges at least for now. I’m sure the IPhone 14 will have the same square edges. Anyway, was just trying to better understand MagSafe ie Faster Charger and Magnetic hold, or the need for a MagSafe Case for car mounting? Thanks for the comment. And great job finding an 11 Pro Max with 100% battery health. If that’s second hand, then that’s practically new! The 11 Pro Max comes with wireless charging, but it can be frustrating to use because if you don’t perfectly align it with the contact surface then it will not charge. Whereas with MagSafe, it snaps into position to provide that perfect alignment. Personally I use the MagSafe car mount a lot (it wirelessly charges at the same time). Its so easy to connect and disconnect. But I get what you mean, MagSafe is a nice to have, not a deal breaker.

Not sure what that really meant but sounds like it may have been purchased if lightly used and returned. Thanks for the MagSafe explanation. It’s more about the exact proper alignment for wireless charging. So I assume the MagSafe cases are strictly for magnetic car mounting. Recently purchased a Pitaka Case and Car Mount for the 11 Pro Max for charging and mounting to achieve the most minimal look in car and phone. You’re the greatest!

I compiled a excel spreadsheet of all of the mAh levels (basically the battery size of a phone) and the 11 Pro max came in at 3969 mAh. The 12 Pro Max is 3687 mAh. Technically speaking, the 11 pro max has the 4th best battery capacity behind the 13 Pro Max, 14 Plus, and 14 Pro Max.

My video says battery life is the same. Which is true. It’s what Apple advertise as well. Sure, the battery capacity is marginally different. But I don’t consider that a major factor, real world performance is most important to me.
If you do some research from Apple and reviewers they said that the new iOS for the 12s will perform better on battery life with a lower mah battery. Yes 12PM has a lower mah but it still gets the same battery usage as the 11PM.
