in Baner which is considered one of the posh locality in Pune. I paid 50k as a security deposit that too in a very good society.
It’s mostly 2 or 3 times of flats monthly rent. I paid 2.5 times for my flat in Baner. Try to negotiate as much as possible. 2 or 3 times on monthly rent is a norm in Pune.
A fully furnished flat in a good society will cost around 20 to 25k per month and they will ask for 3 to 4 months of rent as advance.
