To have them so readily open up to him, like Vigil threatening Mozzie, would probably be something kept private. It could jeopardize team integrity. Yet, Zero's calm, friendly approach, theoperators may not realize what they've admitted to. It's like the Luftwaffe's master interrogator, Hanns Scharff, who used kindness and sympathy to get information from prisoners. Zero may have read from Scharff's playbook.

But that’s not how people work. The parent can dissuade or encourage them all they want but in the end it comes down to the kid making the decision themselves. I’ve known people who’s parents warned them to not go into the military or to be involved with law enforcement but they did so anyway. It’s not as impossible as many think.

I d love if there was a game that would be a story mode involving Ghost Recon , Rainbow six and Splinter cell in one , and you as a player would have the ability to play each in different situations of the story , or play all three of them on the same stage . Fisher will be doing the sneaking part and Ghost recon with team rainbow the assault stuff .I believe that would be amazing.They can make a game like that when fisher was young still working for lambert cooperating with team rianbow and the ghosts .
Just saw that video now. A good sum up. One thing that can be extracted from the Tom Clancy books is that Sam fisher is probably based on John Clark, who in the books becomes the leader of the original Rainbow team. So I would guess that Sam will be the new leader of Rainbow.
I think that Sam brings to the table a more experienced mentor who had ups and down might be a little old but is wiser than any of the operators I think Zero would be the best right hand man of the next 6

I feel that Sam becoming the new head of Rainbow would be counterproductive; A) because if Deimos isn’t who he’s hiding from, it would put a giant target on his back. B) I feel that it would undermine the team’s trust in him because he was basically keeping the fact that he was this awesome guy from them the entire time, causing more distrust amongst the operatives.

The Sam in Siege unfortunately is indeed THE Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell, meaning yes, the splinter cell games are cannon in siege, just like the previous rainbow games, and ghost recon games. Ubisoft unfortunately likes ruining everything they work on, especially Clancy's/Red Storm's work and legacy. None, and i mean, none (Siege included) of the games released after Future Soldier should be considered cannon, because all of them have been handled to ubisoft, and ubisoft alone, not red storm. Hence all of the confusion, mishandling, and downright shitty quality of the clancy games in the last 9 years. Ubisoft doesn't actually care about it.
