he been in the rap game 10+ years. This is the first time he’s been out of jail for a whole year and is the longest he has been out of jail since he got in the rap game . His label is giving him trouble and his childhood homie that he put in position to be the rapper he is today (jackboy) switched up on him for more money and fame . “Closure” music video by Kodak explains some of that situation.
Kodak doesn’t make much flex rap, his more of the street poet and beak down everything in a way that digestible and he know how to paint a picture with his pain and struggle through the music and listening to him you’ll understand that he is trying really hard to leave the street behind but it’s hard as hell for him base on his experience and btw he love his mother more than anything in this world and he shows it proudly. He is also one of the most charitable artist out and does it with making it a PR move, from paying for college for many including police officers’ children who lost their fathers in the line of duty and even paying for funerals for law enforcement who pass away…
I understand that you want some w more message but NoCap this Track goes stoopid hardd, hradest on the Album when it comes to just vibing. Kodak has a long history tho and every now and then a deep song with substance, he been doing this sometimes. Kodak Black is one of my favs til this day for his slang & unusual voice which i really like, his savage vibes, the way he acts and shows himself cause he be often funny and dancing around like a happy boy in his music vids haha but also showing how thankful he is for everything he achieved, and for his flows/style of rap in general cuz the guy can really make Bangers and did it in the past. 💯🔥😈
Z is short for Zoe which is a slang term for people from Haiti, which Kodak is.
