Soft and Fluffy AIR FRIED DONUTS 🍩 | Vanilla and Chocolate Glazed

Welcome to my channel, "Home Cooking with Jing"
In this video, I made my version of #aifrieddonuts, dipped them in #vanilla and #chocolate glaze. They are so fluffy and soft you won't think they are baked in an air fryer.
Ingredients:
Yeast mixture
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup warm milk
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
Dough
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted melted butter
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour + 1/4 cup for kneading
1/2 tsp salt
Yeast mixture (see above)
Vanilla glaze
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup whole milk
Yields 10 donuts and plenty of donut holes
Procedure:
1. Prepare yeast mixture by combining all ingredients. Whisk until yeast powder is dissolved. Rest for 5- minutes until frothy.
2. Make the dough by combining all ingredients and the yeast mixture. I used a food processor to knead the dough.
3. Dust the working surface with flour, gradually add flour when needed while kneading the dough.
4. In a greased bowl, place the dough and cover. Rest for 1 hour to allow the dough to rise.
5. After 1 hour, release the air from the dough.
6. Place the dough back on a floured surface. Roll the dough using a rolling pin to about 1/2 of an inch.
7. Use a doughnut or biscuit cutter to cut out the dough. I just used glass and made donut holes using a bottle cap since I do not have those 2. :)
8. Reshape the scrap dough to make more donuts and donut holes.
9. Preheat air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
10. Spray the air fry basket with non-stick oil before placing the donuts.
11. Arrange the donuts in the basket (4 each time), spray with cooking spray.
12. Air fry for 5 minutes.
Glazing
1. Combine all ingredients until creamy.
2. Dip each donut into the glaze while warm. Rest them on a cooling rack until glazed are set.
