It's a glitch. Yorus hand glows when he sends the tp. This just persisted whenn he went back to his normal animation

it only happens when an enemy yoru uses his gatecrash in some way, it’s inconsistent but the general consensus is that it’s when he recently sent one out or has it out at the time you see it
