Here we are at the start of another year, and you might be in the habit of making a few New Year’s resolutions of things that you would like to do better in the year ahead. Often when we do that, we notice that many times our resolutions are the same as the year before and realize that we failed to carry through on them. So how can we avoid staying stuck in the same unhealthy spiritual place? The answer may be simpler than you think!
