I got hacked. Tried recovering my account but couldn't so I opened a new Facebook account. Now the person who hacked my account is going through all my friends asking for money or for them to invest money. Now the same person is using my friends to harass me for money. I reported it to facebook and they suspended my new facebook account. They said I could appeal but the appeal was pictures of my face moving. I only use facebook to see pictures of my grandkids. I've never reported anything else to facebook ever but I'll know in 48 hours if I will be banned from Facebook forever for reporting someone for impersonating me. What can I do

How did u get a ph# for Facebook? Iv been hacked & recovery doesn't look promising. I 1st got notification of it when I could still get n2 my account. They were saying I have violated rules, (which I have not), & my acct was going 2b suspended in 24 hrs if no appeal was made. Tried to do this & could not locate how 2do it. Doesn't work if the hacker added 2 Step Authentication as a part of their hack...... because you can submit your id over and over and get a link and password but it all leads you back to needed a code for the 2 step authentication that you can't do because it was the hacker who set that up and you don't have any access to that and Facebook can't be reached to ask them to turn it off for you...

All it does on IOS is just asks me to enter my old password as the first step. I entered it in and it just says “we can’t use this password to recover the account”

I was able to submit the selfie video verification but every time , I got messages from META saying they couldn't confirm my identity but when I reach out to Messiah of INTELIGENCE , he was able to bypass the verification and granted me access back into my account..

I got hacked. Tried recovering my account but couldn't so I opened a new Facebook account. Now the person who hacked my account is going through all my friends asking for money or for them to invest money. Now the same person is using my friends to harass me for money. I reported it to facebook and they suspended my new facebook account. They said I could appeal but the appeal was pictures of my face moving. I only use facebook to see pictures of my grandkids. I've never reported anything else to facebook ever but I'll know in 48 hours if I will be banned from Facebook forever for reporting someone for impersonating me. What can I do

How did u get a ph# for Facebook? Iv been hacked & recovery doesn't look promising. I 1st got notification of it when I could still get n2 my account. They were saying I have violated rules, (which I have not), & my acct was going 2b suspended in 24 hrs if no appeal was made. Tried to do this & could not locate how 2do it. Doesn't work if the hacker added 2 Step Authentication as a part of their hack...... because you can submit your id over and over and get a link and password but it all leads you back to needed a code for the 2 step authentication that you can't do because it was the hacker who set that up and you don't have any access to that and Facebook can't be reached to ask them to turn it off for you...

All it does on IOS is just asks me to enter my old password as the first step. I entered it in and it just says “we can’t use this password to recover the account”
