It’s awesome. My spin on it would be with a honeycomb metal on top instead of hqm and a non-sealed tc that fills automatically with metal so that I don’t have to fill it up. Great job.
Thanks man. The difference between the upkeep is 113 frags or 0.812 HQM. I believe the HQM is slightly better value. Another few reasons I chose Hqm; It's nicer to walk on a flat top, it is smaller so might be slightly less of a raid target and lastly I normally have a surplus of HQM when I'm building this and not Frags. Thanks for the comment man.
I used to build public bridges and noob welcome centers in Conan exiles. It's a thankless endeavor and everything was vandalized and abused. I decided those savages don't deserve nice things.
This is awesome. I've always loved the idea of creating medical outpoosts like this, but never was able to do it successfully. Might habe to give this a shot.
What I don't understand is the following: the vending machines supply the other vending machine with low grade, metal frags and cloth and it is done so with the conveyers, however; who supplies the vending machines with the resources for the med syringes? The other players? So you're selling the cloth, low grade and metal frags for scrap to other players, whom then buy it with scrap and then you use that scrap to make meds right? What if nobody sells you their metal frags, low grade or cloth?
Yeah yourself or player supply the vending machines with low grade, frags and cloth. The idea is that it's profitable to resupply. Normally I was resupplying the vending machine. If nobody resupplies then meds stop crafting.
Man I play trash Console rust as I’ve always been a die hard console gamer. They removed the ability to put vendors that close to walls because it became a toxic meta on console. Everyone was crafting hundreds of vendors to spam them all around walls using them as honeycomb. (Random comment that has nothing to do with the video).
i really like this idea and i will try to recreate but for a profit purposes 🤣. i am thinking to do it all with just one vending machine and 2 conveyors
@@KetaLmao Sheesh that's a lot haha. Take's 30 minutes to fill up 9k per shop. Ryze also commissioned me to make one by his base. So there's technically a 3rd one down at i24 aswell if u need more smelted.😆
It was created to help players get medical syringes and to make a small scrap profit. Are there any particular bits about how it works you'd like me to explain?
The Profit is based on how much you value the resources to craft syringes. I would say each syringe sold is around 3 scrap profit. It's also a good way to convert cloth, frags and low grade into scrap. Last wipe I estimate I sold 300+ syringes.
You can buy the scrap(profit) for low grade, cloth and metal frags from the 3 resources vending machines. This is publicly accessible so anyone can access the profits.
@@d0xalic Yeap haha. You could always leave some space on one wall for a drop box to transfer loot out. You'd also have to make the meds more expensive or buy the resources back for less scrap.
Hey there, nice video! You also can just left click on a connection to see just that connection active. Also when you use Shift while placing pipes on/around objects, it sticks to the surface of the object. maybe helps to make it more organized
Thanks yeah someone else mentioned the left click thing, didn't know that aye. I tested the shift thing and couldn't get it to work. Did you mean lining up the components when holding shift?
@@Tyrone180 hey! when you place pipes on the wall, it won't work. what I mean is, when you point the cursor at for example an electric furnace, it snaps to the surface of the object! hope it helps
Nice shop, however I don't really understand two things: 1) Your TC is not fully honeycombed, you can still just raid in from the top, making the two triangle honeycombs pointless. Could solve that with a half wall honeycomb on top and putting the turbine also half a block higher. 2) Do you just put in enough resource for upkeep to last the full wipe? I don't see any way to put upkeep into TC.
@@AthenesWrath I put the 24hr upkeep in a the description. I normally calculate how many days till wipe plus 1 and multiple it by the 24hr upkeep. The reason for adding an each day is to ensure the base won't decay if twig is placed on it.
@@Tyrone180okay nice, thanks 👍🏻 I don't get your point with the twig though, only the material that is lacking in the TC actually decays as far as I know, so twig just decays quickly since you don't have wood in the TC and nothing else gets drained. What does one extra day of upkeep got to do with it?
@@AthenesWrath Upkeep tax is based on how many blocks are part of your base. If twig is placed it increases the upkeep tax for non wood resources also. So if twig is repeatedly placed on your base it will cause it to decay faster.
Yeah true that. It would be also be nice to get industrial on other deployables like repair benches, mixing tables, troughs and composters. Thanks for the comment.

How does it buy more materials to craft with

youve over complicated it so much
