i definitely am feeling that there is no reason for me to get even one of these (though I will take a look at them at Sephora). Too metallic, too artificial, too much emphasis of texture. As for the brand, I think that Selena Gomez is cute and that the products are reasonably priced, but I haven't much liked anything from them that I have tried. But I guess that is not a surprise since they are not being marketed at all to me, after all. Good review!
Agree! I got 2. Not my favorite formula. For blushlighter: RMS, NABLA, Bareminerals, MAC, HAUS (Rose Quartz only), ICONIC Kissed. Glowy blush: EM, Essence.

Glad you compared to RMS! The lighting on the RMS side seems shaded but looks like natural light. You probably saw the lighting kept changing including when you moved around. Lighting is hard! We know that from watching YT. You will get it. Did you think they were similar to Bare Minerals blushlighters?
Oh amazing questions about the bare minerals, I totally forgot to swatch those in the video! I would actually say that the bare minerals ones are more pigmented and more of an actual blush compared to these ones! (I really love the bare minerals blush lighters !)

I purchased hope and I actually really like it. A little goes a long way. It lasts well throughout the day. I also own RMS blushes and I don't think they're super similar. Rare beauty has a more metallic sheen than RMS.
You wanted some feedback on your lighting. I honestly think it is a bit off! ❤️ It looks like your beautiful face is a bit in the shadows and almost like the background of your head has more lighting than you face. It would be lovely to get a bit more light to your face area. ❤ Thank you for the good review on the blushes!

Selena’s makeup artist said that the best way to apply this brush is with sweeping motions not dabbing it on. I think that’s your problem. 😊
