Physicist Lici's E8 model is a unified model in which all forces and matter are described as a single geometric object. It is still undergoing testing, since it contends String Theory. Since it is based on abstract geometry, where reality is mostly ordered by geometry, it is worth looking at.
My meditations always start by balancing your connections to earth and spirit, allowing this blend of energies to surround and protect you while you meditate. They end with a sequence to you bring you back and ground you.
As with any meditation, make sure you are fully grounded afterwards. Drinking water, touching the floor with your hands and feet at the same time, tugging your earlobes, walking in nature, are examples of methods that help to ground you.
