"REVOLVER" with Jason Statham was an excellent movie on Ego & who Satan really is. Caution: the movie is graphic, violent, has nudity & harsh language. ~Not recommended for children
I hope Jessie and others see my post but I want to let people know there are two versions of Revolver. The original UK/international version, which is superior, and the US version. Many people say the UK version is best and it doesn't have the psychologists talking at the end of the film. Guy Ritchie made some edits and added that doctors ending because many people were confused. So, if you only saw the US version then you didn't see the original film. My guess is that most of you saw the US version. Also Jessie should try to get Guy Ritchie on the Fallen State to talk about his thoughts on the movie. This film has a low internet rating because people didn't or don't want to understand it. When I first saw it years ago I felt the film was great but I didn't exactly know why. The more I watched it the more I understood it, now I love it.
Jesse, can you react to a Schizophrenia simulation on youtube? I'm very interested in your opinion about that. It's what you are often talking about but in an extreme form.
in the UK original version the hitman gets killed by the last guy and he takes the girl to Ray Liotta. Jason Statham comes to him with money for the girl and in the end Liotta shots himself

Hey, just wanted to mention this, there are 2 versions of the movie - I heard one has those psychiatrists at the end of it and some important stuff is watered down as well, and the other one (I thankfully saw) is really a masterpiece thru and thru.

Can anybody truly say their ego has done NOTHING for them? Never suggested the right path, never provided them with the right answer... nothing? I honestly can't say that, my intelligence has helped me survived where I would be in a worse situation without it. There is no justice in this world, I highly doubt there is a "God". But, your ego you can hear it and at times feel it. You can use it to affect the ego in others and overcome situations depending on how you wield it. The ego is invested in this planet and human beings in a way that nothing else is. You may as well take an interest in the forces that take an interest in you. I have been better off walking with a "what's in it for me" mindset rather than doubting my every, thought word and action. If you end up wealthy, do you care if the ego helped you get there?
You see, your last sentence shows the obvious problem in your mindset. It's not about getting rich my friend, it's about giving everything for what's right. You best believe there is God and only his path is real and only though him will you find truth. Good deeds are rewarded and evils are punished, you best believe that. You can't describe color to a blind person, and you can't describe subtle clues and grand plans God shows you to a person who doesn't believe. Try getting on God's path and truly letting go of ego for just ONE DAY and see for yourself. You will see how the ego will fight to continue to control you and you will see that your logic is just a product of a Stockholm syndrome you have developed for it
@@NousoftheSupreme I used to do the Silent Prayer whilst homeless in my car, I never told anybody about my situation, I never slacked at work, I was picking up the slack for untalented, lazy people that earned way more and were living in nice houses. I never complained, never attacked anybody, just endured; making ego death my priority. All that meant nothing. Things didn’t improve until I began lying and started to cheat the game. Now, I earn double that I did and do half (if that) as much work. All leads to me point to there not being a God. At least, he doesn’t have a stake in Earth or my life, the ego is invested in everybody at a deep, personal level. Giving you options (which can also be wrong) tailor made for your improvement. I’ll take the money over “giving everything for what’s right”, why would I do the latter?
Jesse, you offer a lot of ridicule to Buddhists, but could you self immolate with as much grace and dignity as the burning monk for example? I seriously doubt that.
