I could have stood there and said the exact same things! In fact I wrote it in my journal. That since the 2020 election and political drama, the whole covid nightmare, George Floyd, just SO much… I got so sucked in and lost my connection to my higher self, spirit, source… my vibration was in the dirt I lost the hope that I always have. I started watching news which I never did. But that has stopped. And my hope is coming back. And in my gut I really feel 2023 is going to an amazing year!

Lol the best thing is to stay away from news. We are not meant to hear every wrong doing or bad story that happens all over the country or world. What we need to know will find us. 2022 was just horrible for me. My dear wife's health began failing, she spent 4 weeks in ICU where she passed away. We "celebrated" our 19th anniversary while she was in the hospital. I had to cancel our vacation plans that my wife was so looking forward to. She was all I had left. The holidays were quite lonely and depressing. Unfortunately, I know I'm not alone in my grief. I agree totally what you said about time. When I start watching a video and I look at the cost of time, I listen very carefully to my intuition weather it's enrichment for me or a waste of time. And it is not only about the theme, is also about the people and the how I feel about their intention. Come their aguments really from their heart or are they just arguing to turn me to agree them. That's the way I decide in the first few minutes to watch or to turn off.
