european vibes, yup fontaine is based in france, so mysterious, yes "a real twist for once", Genshin has music that is beyond, btw the weird instrument at 6:36 is a glass harmonica, it also uses water and sounds kinda similar to the cups
The hour-long, "Melodies of an Endless Journey: Scenic Vistas" concert features music from each nation, which really gives you a sense of what the entire game's music palette is like at present, all at once.
@@seraph1690 It's mostly a length thing, IMO. All of the concerts are great and I'd honestly recommend watching them all in release order. More than half of the stuff they play in this year's two uploaded concerts was already played in previously uploaded concerts, anyway.
@@effortlessfury true, but still, and I am not saying they aint good tho,, they are awesome, and the orchestras are superb, but, the Shanghai one has a lot of fanservice for some of us that like to see the live performances and the crowd reactions, is just magnificent, not to mention it includes the a Winter Night´s Lazzo
First time I listen to this I was smiling, so happy, it was so beautiful so good, and now my eyes get watery from listening to it again. Look Mihoyo, look what you have done to me T^T
Nice, continue listening to the regional theme live concerts (with a battle theme as the 2nd song for Chapters 2-4) and compare and contrast the full musical theme for each region. In reverse order of the traveler's (your) journey in the game. Hi Jhulian. I enjoy seeing your reactions to these songs. If I may recommend a band, X Japan. If you have already heard of them, I understand. If not, check out their song Rusty Nail from Last Live. I think you will love it.
For context, the 2nd song is just a random battle song, It plays whenever you fight a hostile seal or crab, basically.
Just Region battle theme (of course there more that one) (Fontaine in this).
Genshin's normal battle themes are so awesome I can't think of a single one I don't like
The seals and crabs aren’t even hostile, you’re basically killing them while they’re chilling
@@bananacat5327 except if you attack the seals underwater then that triggers the battle music+the big crabs
I mean they throw some banger music for fukin mushroom chicken and robot chicken . . .
The conductor has a youtube channel and a video about this performance his name is Robert Ziegler
the instrument is called glass harmonica, my reaction was exactly the same when I saw it 😂
aka glass kebab 🙂
The shanghai concert has a live recording and it would be a great listen
I second this! It's pretty long, but maybe it could be broken up into multiple videos
The first song hits so hard after finishing the act 5 of the archon quest
Yes! I was hoping you'd watch this after your last video, love your reactions to Genshin music!

Can't wait until we get to natlan so you have a new score you react to

A decent suggestion.
Yes! I've also been feeling the same, it's kinda Harry Potter-ish.
There is another one for Inazuma, maybe you should react to that one next :D
3:25 Timbre?
