Love your comment -- I just realised I forgot to reply to this!! Appreciate your well wishes and 100% agree that you can't really go wrong with Biz! :)
Wow thanks Cherie for the comprehensive guide. I probably fk up joining NUS Biz this year as a freshmen. Due to COVID, there weren’t any orientation and the terrible schedule for all the zoom lectures (feels Iike a online Uni 😂)... Guess it’s the worst time to join Uni this year hahaha.
minesolve Im so sorry to hear about the virtual experience - you can still make it a comeback and silver lining once COVID19 goes away and it’s safe to meet physically in classrooms :) So glad this video helped you and other freshmen - that’s why I made it! Keep on going.
thank you vrinda~! really appreciate your encouragement. honestly, relating to archi, I'd really love to help and comment but I don't know enough. do reach out on reddit / facebook groups / telegram groups, or perhaps an architecture senior specifically to learn more :)
Very helpful video. I’m joining NUS this year and I feel so lost. Just now I found out I missed a webinar regarding residences because the invitation email went to my spam folder 😅
Hi, thanks a lot for this video. I am matriculating into NUS this year and you literally covered every single aspect to great detail. I just finished my registration and wanted to ask regarding the QET which you need to take before year 1. How was the experience and how did you do for the test?
somesh salunke hey!! so I didn’t have to take the QET but from the friends I have that took it, they said that if you put in the work you should be able to pass with no problem! x all the best and I hope this helps you
rishil12 hey Rishil! wow it’s so cool that you’re from the UK, never been. applying always has sooo much paper work but it’ll be worth it! let me know if you need help
Hello!!! thanks for the effort :)) really really liked it =D I just want to ask abt the orientation this year, is there any news...? i cant seem to find on the website :/
Hello! I’m so sorry but I’m personally not very sure about orientation (it’s literally been 4 years ago for me lol) Do e-mail your faculty or please ask your direct seniors as they’d be the ones planning the camps! :)
Hey I need a help . I am doing my 12 th grade in a CBSE school in India . I would probably receive my board results at the month of May 2021-2022 .so how can I fill the nus application form ?
this vid would help ya! ua-cam.com/video/zSNIjpSmWWk/v-deo.html I go through every module you'd need (jus needa make sure it's updated to your own batch's requirements) :) atb!!
Hey there! I believe there are pre-reqs. I managed to complete it because I'm in a programme called BLDP or Business Leadership Development Programme and we had to take the mod then.
I'm heard that for getting the full paid scholarship of nus we require the participation in sports...butt my sports background is zero ...but I owned world record certificate n Asia world record certificate can I get the scholarship on the basis of these?and I also participated in Guinness world record of aeronmy class ....can uh tell me the process it would help lot to me bcz I wanna do aeronautical/aerospace engineering at nus... I'm now in 12 std
Wow, that's super impressive! But really and honestly I don't think all scholarships need a sports background specifically, (so just please keep applying and who knows) Don't give up because it'll be worth it to at least try, just my thoughts
Hi Cherie, thank you so much for this video! Just wanted to ask, can we apply for scholarships in second/third/fourth year or can we only apply for it in the first year?
Kashish Varshney Hi hi awesome question - so for some scholarships you can only apply before (like NUS Global Merit Scholarship, NUS Merit Scholarship), and some where you can apply throughout your 4 years. you may wanna check! generally, there’s multiple awards and bursaries, and for some scholarships (bonded to a company), you can apply any time! hope this helps and definitely apply because there’s many out there (just need to find them)
Hi I'm a student from india and I know that its quite late because of the situation of india but i wanted to apply for NUS . Will it be possible for me to apply by September for the fall semester???
Thanks for making this video👍, I'm enrolling in 2 weeks, and I'm struggling a little navigatating through all the programmes in NUS.... Btw how did you manage 5 ccas😮 Do you think (or know) ppl in engineering field can juggle so many at once? (I'm going into EE) if so any advice?
Hi hi thanks for writing in and so glad it helped you x Yeah, 5 is a LOT so I only join CCAs I’m super passionate to learn about :) It can be energy draining but sometimes it depends on what you’re looking for in uni! I wanted to learn new skills and make new friends. Engineering is definitely a lotttt more stressful perhaps, and I can recommend perhaps around 3 and having a leadership position to learn too! Hope this helps!

To apply to NUS do you only need you AS grades? Or do they take into consideration you o level grades?
What's the significance of having law as your home faculty though? Does it make a difference on your actual degree?
The main difference was that if law was my home faculty I couldn't get the Biz scholarship and affiliation I wanted :) Hope that answers!
Hi can I ask if you need ielts or toefl before applying in nus?
