My Transfer & Pay menu doesn't include the choices you tell about. I can't find how to add an external account anywhere. It's odd, because I have one external account already, from which I pull one of the payments I have.
I added that external account a few years ago, and now things look different. I guess I'm OoL. Closing this account would be my first choice, but I can't -- they bought my home mortgage from my previous lender, which bought it from someone else. TBH, I wish it was illegal to sell mortgages without the debtor's approval. I had bad experiences with Wells Fargo over 30 years ago and didn't ever want to be stuck with them again.

It tells me that I already have this account added. But it is not added. Just going around in circles now. No account. Add account. Can't add you already added.
