I was unable to discern the taal of the vilambit. :) A friend of mine, who is knowledgable about tabla said that is is addha chautaal. The drut is in ektaal.
I am not sure of the difference (between Kedar & Chandni Kedar). I always thought that the application of komal nishad to the notes of Kedar converted the raag to Chandni Kedar. However, the artist here does not apply the komal nishad at all. So I am unsure of the difference. :)

Chandni Kedar is identified by the usage of two Madhyams one after the other in chronological succession.
