I'm currently looking at adding two slim subs to my new micro theater build. Not many slim subs options out there so I've looked at the ones Monoprice offers and the OSB 8" slim. About the only thing I dislike about the Monoprice 12" slim is the lack of phase control. For that reason alone I am leaning towards the OSD. I am waiting on the room construction to be finished to see if I have space for two cube 8" to 10" subs front and back opposite corners. I feel they would sound better than a slim sub.
My current sub , Outlaw Audio, plays below 20 hz without breaking a sweat but is huge in my living room. I thinking of running two of these vertically in L/R corners of my living room. Do think two of these would be able to pressurize a medium size living room?
I do. They are really impressive and was not expecting the output they had. If placed under a couch they also act as a bass shaker and will vibrate your whole couch lol
Sadly no ☹️ Probably the best dollar for dollar upgrade I have done to my theater system. I have 4 of them installed under my couch with a wireless receiver to my processor. I don’t watch movies without it on now. It’s also nice to just turn these on at night and leave the subs off so you still get the affect of bass but not wake the kids up
I went with the Dayton audio bass shaker kit and 200w amp, which will run up to 4 shakers. Then I grabbed the SVS sound path wireless transmitter to pair to my receiver. Works perfect :)

There is "Shipping weight", which factors in the size of the box as well as the weight.

how is it with music?
Maybe the template is the right one. The mounts are not as wide as the subwoofer enclosure
Yea I think you are right !
I think Buttkicker would work better? It goes down to 10Hz
I have those to. I was just trying to hide this sub not get a buttkicker affect
@@MSRWorkshop oh you do? Nice. Did you do a review?

@@MSRWorkshop oh wow please review them! Is the basic wireless kit not enough for you?
