    Excellent vid, as always. Stantion fittings only marginally stiffer than previous though. You are still tightening down on a semi soft/hard surface. Thought you were going to use wood or nylon block set into the toe rail to tighten down on.

      Hi Andy, yeah that was my follow up idea if this didn’t work. But with the holes completely filled it tightened up nicely.

    Hi Guys like following your family we did it back in the eighties and had a blast am currently refitting a 36´ yacht and am wanting to replace the corroded aluminium toerail so very interested in the Flexiteak. Can you tell me who to contact re purchasing some, have no success looking on line. Thanks in advance for any help.

      Hi Kevin, we bought the product itself from Flexiteek and it was fitted by Jon from HGS marine. jon@hgsmarine.co.uk
      He has a facebook page.
      I would start by contacting Jon.
      He will travel around the Uk. I would recommend him. He takes his time and does the job well.
      The material is great, looks amazing. However it is not structural so I have had to do extra work on things like the cleats as handrails to secure them to the to hull directly instead of the toe rail capping.
