That's not an orbital piercing, sorry to break the news to you, you just have a conch with a hoop. A real orbital is 2 different piercings connected by a hoop. It's a common misconception.
Exactly. I have an orbital on each lobe, connected with 16 gauge clickers. They were done as individual piercings long ago, and the spacing was right to be able to connect them. I've been wearing them as orbitals for over 5 years now. I have conch piercings too, but use 14 gauge labret studs in them. I don't care for the look of hoops through them. (Jan Griffiths).

Yeah putting jewelery in hurt like hell because you should NEVER put a hoop into a fresh piercing, you have to wait for it to be fully healed. Find a better piercer.
Girl I just got mine done with a hoop I laid on it full force and it has been so angry I probably should have done a stud now they are like you need to wait 3 -6 weeks before the jewellery gets changed pray for me.
how did it go? i got mine about a week ago. i got it pierced with the hoop because i’m going to europe for a few weeks and i didn’t want an ugly stud or to have to change it myself there.
@@lovelyleaah4366 to help with that do a hot sea salt compress. Don’t press on the piercing just let a clean towel or Gauze lay gently on your ear. Do everyday until it doesn’t hurt anymore. Works every time

Yep, I mentioned the same. Getting your conch pierced wit a hoop is not a good idea either, much harder to heal.

It’s not a conch orbital, just a conch. And you shouldn’t get your conch pierced with a hoop, any qualified piercer knows that.
