Another nice ride! Your spring must have been a bit cool to still have the snow in the shady spots….even at that elevation. Thanks for the video. How many miles on the bike at this point?
The buffeting doesn’t bother me off road and I’m short 5’ 11” enough that I’m able to duck it at 80mph. If I were over 6’ tall it would be an issuer for sure
KTM really has to ditch that bug styled front design for their bikes under 1000 cc, they lack the musculature for them to look cool, like the 1290 Adventure. They're just plain painful to look at with that head sticking out off a regular looking bike body, the performance is there and it's great! But owning a bike is also a subjective thing, and I'd never own something that hurts me everytime i see it parked.
Keep up with these videos with the 2024 790 Adv! I'm loving them. Got myself one as well and I should have it in 2 months, can't wait!
Thanks for the feedback. It’s a great bike! Enjoy yours! 👊
It's really nice bike. I sold mine to buy my dream bike but to be honest I missed it a lot :(
Thanks for the video, I have the same bike and it's a great machine 👍👍
Great off-road tracks. Keep riding safe. I own a T7, but the 890R looking so good :)

Thanks! Yes the snow is sticking around a bit this year. I have a little over 2,000 miles on it at this point 🤙
Just bought my mine a month ago. The wind buffeting is bad ao i bought a screen extender/ visor. Makes a world of difference.

One thing this video shows is that the bike lugs in 2nd gear very well.
lol I know I’m not the best rider but I do love how it handles in 2nd gear with some clutch control it does fine for me.
@@ADVJunkie Thanks, I was wondering if it had any grunt.
If you ride a lot off-road, use a shorter gear. I use the 15 tooth pinion.
I’ll look into that.
hello mate , how did you mount your quadlock in that position? I am looking for a solution like yours
please let me know , thanks in advance
I drilled a hole in the plastic cap on the windshield pillar and attached a ram ball then used a ram quad lock mount

@@SevsMoto thank you very much! very practical solution , I might copy it
Thanks for sharing the ride. Stock tires and suspension?
Yes but my tires are wearing fast. I think I’m going to go with motoz tractionator next 👊
