I find that eating just 2/3 pieces of different FRESH fruit first thing in the morning & drinking 500 ml warm BOILED water with one tsp of fresh lemon juice, certainly helps to clean out the system. Around lunch time, a smoothie or salad with RAW vegies, table celery, chunk cucumber, 1/4 avocado, parsley, fresh orange chunks. (Maybe tomato now & then) With a 2/3 tablespoons of full cream plain yogurt. Helped me to loose weight without much effort . Sometimes in summer, its only these two meals. Winter , i make lots of thick vegie soups. Lots of water or Rooibos tea, no coffee, no alcohol. no fizzy drinks. Fruit juice as a treat, now & then . Life can become boring otherwise.

Next week will be the 50th anniversary of my kidney transplant from my mother. My kidney is almost 108 years old - the oldest successfully transplanted kidney in the world, although it was transplanted when my mother was 57. I led a totally normal life and worked until I was 68. There is hope, even if you have kidney failure.

Feels like covid encouraged a lot of those. I was in the emergency department and was like 12 paramedics standing around. Very odd. All waiting to have their patients seen by a doctor. One of them 35 male, sneezed in his hand then continued playing with phone, didn't wipe hand....and at least 4 other paramedics saw this and said nothing, this was last week!! I see it all the time. Such a simple thing to prevent spread and still don't do it. Covid wasn't about the virus.

I have fought not to do dialysis, but the time is getting closer. I eat healthy, dont smoje or drink,my BP is good and no diabetis,my phospherous is bad. My kidneys seem a lot better too. We need every bit of information to help us help ourselves as we can get. But ultimately we need a new environment that is healthy. Fortunately my hope in God's word provides answers to all of mankind's problems for the future. I feel so privileged to know all these illnesses that plague us now are only temporary. These wicked days we live in is as bad or worse than the days of Noah. God actually regretted making man. I was stage 3 for 20 years and then ESRD stage 5 13 years ago. I was on all kinds of dialysis for 10 years because I was "low priority" for a transplant due to young age. During the last 6 months of hemo, it wasn't able to clean my blood because the effectiveness wanes over time. I was getting critical and then received a donor kidney for transplant 3 years ago. My journey was unbelievably difficult and I almost died (peritonitis and then hyperkalemia). The thing is, it is a very lonely ordeal but you have to stay strong, annoying and tenacious. Don't go gently into that good night.

Great information. My mother has kidney disease. I didn’t understand all the factors involved or even how it happened. She’s very stubborn about the smallest changes she can make now to help herself. That upsets me. She takes so much medication . Thanks for all the valuable tips.

Thank you for your videos. My kidneys started failing in 2016, and I made the decision to retire from my job to take stress off me. I managed with chemotherapy (autoimmune disease causing my body to attack my kidneys) and change in my diet (gave up Dr Pepper, chocolate, and my occasional glass of wine) I went from Stage 4 to 3a. However, now I am back to Stage 4 and GFR very close to Stage 5, and scared.

I am already doing everything that you mentioned already. I never was a drinker or a smoker and I stopped adding salt to my foods and taking over the counter pain medications years ago when diagnosed with Crohn's disease. In January, I totally changed my diet to a whole food only low carb diet and in February I started exercising daily and I try to drink 4-5 bottles of plain water a day. The last time my kidney function was tested, I was in the hospital for a IBD related complication about a month ago and the function seems to stay in the mid 40s. I tried seeing a nephrologist years ago after my sister was diagnosed with ESRD, but he didn't give me any guidance or seem to even care since my kidney still function.

Just throwing in a name for you to decide to check out, or not. Dr Brooke Goldner. She gets patients of the transplant list with her protocol. She’s on social media, works with patients online, but also has all the info for free online and in a couple of books. Wishing you the best!

I really appreciate the empathy that I hear in your voice and speaking about this very serious disease!! I was diagnosed with high blood pressure three years ago. I am working on changing my habits, but it is not easy. I will be 50 next month and the severity of breaking my habits is hitting me even more harder now. I have written everything down & promise to go harder for my Life as a grandmother of 4! I want to be here for my family! You are so awesome for this Priceless video🙏💜

I applaud you for trying and for being honest about the difficulty you're facing.
It IS hard to change life long habits... Especially when you've been diagnosed with a health problem... That's the sort of thing that would, and does drive me straight to the candy aisle.
      You'll be fine I'm sure.

Go vegan. Preferably raw vegan immediately. Consuming animal products causes clogged arteries from animal fat and protein building up in the arteries over time. By age 40-50 is when symptoms of clogged arteries (arteriosclerosis) begin. I was a caregiver to parents and my grandmother for 17 years. I know what can and will happen once high blood pressure occurs and it is treated with various medications because of what I witnessed happen to my relatives. I’m 62 and vegan for 7 years. Switched to raw vegan high fruit to control my blood pressure without medication. I have perfect blood work and take no medications.

This video is informative but leaves out important information about HYPERTENSION and HIGH BLOOD Pressure.
      Here is my story ...
I had inflamed swelling painful kidneys 6 years along with bubbling urine and proteinura I could easily see. Very difficult to sleep to boot. All the hundreds of internet sites on kidneys told me I had infection so I tried treating what I thought was an infection in various ways. With little success I ordered a test for infection on line. It turned out I had no infection. I was not happy with the lack of information online.
So I was stumped. I listened to a doctor who is partially into natural methods. She said pointed out what people with kidney disease die of was heart attack. I started to put two and two together and figured out it was really HEART DISEASE. It turned out I had kidney failure going on. I did not run to a doctor either. I am a DIY who uses natural methods. I avoid doctors because they recommend bad solutions to these problems. i don't view doctors as authority figures in health. They are good for physical trauma like auto accidents.
She mentions hypertension. Well hypertension and high blood pressure is just another way of saying you have CLOGGED ARTERIES probably around your kidneys and other places. You DON'T treat high blood pressure. You unclog your arteries.
SOLUTION: I took high dosage (40mg 3Xday for at least a week) LUMBROKINASE and in a matter of 3 or 4 days, the kidney pain and swelling started to subside. The protein and bubbles in urine also subsided. If you have very mild clogging and want some preventative options then nattokinase/serrapeptase can be used.
It's probably a good idea to use some chanca piedra to clean your kidney of calcium and stones. If your prone to uric acid, maybe use something to help with that like tart cherry.
I'd also recommend vitamin C complex with proline/lysine and bioflavinoids. This will help regenerate the artery lining.
If you have blood POOLING in your feet, this is caused by the FAILING VALVES in the veins. This can be cured with DIOSMIN/HESPERIDIN. For first week or so, raise your feet to speed up the process.

I want to thank you so much for your informative and down to earth approach coupled with your insightful compassion. I’m a 75-year-old male, a practicing chiropractor. I’ve had long-term idiopathic high blood pressure. I’ve never been much of a smoker, but I have been overweight, and had abused alcohol for many years. That’s been stopped! Also, I’ve dropped a lot of weight over the last five years, using a ketogenic approach. Recently, I’ve come down with increasing amounts of protein in my urine, so I’ve had to moderate my protein. Things become increasingly dicey and hard to balance as this condition progresses. According to your video, I’m doing many things correctly, which is good news. I’ll just have to find out what I need to improve on! Count me as a subscriber!

May I humbly suggest you learn to fast and exercise more?
      Your system needs to reset.
NOTHING processed ie if it has a bar code on it, don't eat it
      Clean out your fridge.
      Learn about structured water.
      And zero sugars.
It's not easy making peace with the sugar demons.
It's a mental game and you can do it too.
And be an amazing example to your clients and family and live the extra decades with a full and beautiful life.

Very helpful and sensible video. It is a sad fact that in the UK Health Serivce GPs all too often get to know via blood tests that someone has kidney disease but doe not tell them. Also they are not referred to a nephologist until the situation is really serious so being pro active as this lady says is really important.

Thank you for this information. I was told by a Health Care Assistant that I had stage 3 CKD. I was shocked to say the least. I haven’t been seen by a doctor and the only information I was given was to drink more water. Two weeks ago I had a kidney stone so I’m now being followed up at the hospital.

My wife's Thai grandmother died from kidney failure, 30 years of smoking and regular whisky drinking, became diabetic and was poorly managed at 53, was dead by age of 64, and it was a very painful death. Very little water drinking and a diet that was rich in rice and salted fish. We know the facts so let's to get to work, may she rest in peace I never got to meet her. If you piss strong yellow water then drink WATER !
