How was transportation there? I’ve booked a one night stay and am wondering about what the best options are for our transportation, suggestions?

Because I rented a car from Guadalajara and drove it to Puerto Vallarta, I don't have any recommendations. I know of a bus that goes there that takes just under 2hours hours for around $150-200pesos, or you can get a 1hr taxi for around 500-600pesos.

I really enjoyed it. Only spent 1 or 2 nights there but it's nice to have a tour right there + the view there is beautiful. The rooms are a little cramped but it's more of an experience thing + for the price I cannot complain. You will enjoy your stay.
