It is my humble opinion that your ideas for these Halloween decorations are absolutely adorable AND extremely original! I am 54 years old and STILL love Halloween as it brings back SO many wonderful childhood memories. 🙂
I believe that I will NEVER stop loving it as much as I do even if I live to be 100!! It is such a special time of year and Autumn of course is my absolute favorite; the smells, the chill creeping into the air, the gorgeous leaves changing to the fabulous shades of red, yellow and orange...and of course, HALLOWEEN! 🎃👻🧛🏻♀️. Thank you for these amazing ideas; I will certainly be heading to my closest craft store to buy these materials so I too can brighten my home with these fun and whimsical decorations! I'm working on a couple of cute decorations that were make from an old white t-shirt I found at The Salvation Army and another from a neighbor's downed tree branch! It isn't necessarily how much the materials cost, it's about what you do with them that really matters! I think I'll find what I need...if there's a will, there's a way! I just wanted to thank you for showing me a couple of tips that I've been struggling with for awhile. One was the deco mesh and then the bow you made for your pumpkin. Both were wonderful and will save me a lot of frustration.

The colors I have leaned toward for Halloween this year are burgundy, black, antique copper/gold and deep purple. Dollar tree has gorgeous deep purple roses at this time of year. I have preserved some in resin, and even made candle holders out of them with plaster of paris. The centers fit perfectly around the glass tealight holders also from the dollar tree ;)

I need to come visit you because I've NEVER seen such Cute Halloween Ornaments in SC or NC!!! *I DID get lucky & found some of those cute "Pastel-o-ween" Stickers! I live in South Sfrica and we don't do HALLOWEEN but I have always loved it. In the past I would celebrate it on the QT because in Africa if they think you area witch they burn you. But now I can celebrate in the open as there is so many doing it.

Use you blow dryer to heat the glue up on the sticker. It will help heat the sticky glue to remove it easier.

I loved the happy Halloween with the creepy frame until you started putting everything on it. the frame is so cool then you covered it up. sometimes less is better. not trying to be mean or rude just saying. you have some really great ideas though!!

Where do you get the sanding blocks from? Also what grit of sand paper should I use for crafting. I love your DIYS
Great question Denise! I get those sanding blocks at Dollar Tree in the tool section. I buy both fine/medium grit and medium/coarse. It’s fine to use the fine to trim up paper edges on projects. The heavier grit is better for wood and thickly decoupaged edges. Just my opinion of course. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
