Interpretations of Music: Lessons for Life
with Benjamin Zander

Cheers from Italy, thanks for the loving description of our country !
OMG!
Ben sits down at the piano and plays and sings at the same time.
The boy is looking over at him.
I remember giving that same look! 😊🎼
I almost clapped at the end when they did the high five. The transformation of music interpretation is amazing. What a great teacher he is!
Excellent! Such passion and encouragement from Ben. So enjoyable to watch! Thank you 😊😊
Peter is naturally gifted and with a remarkable teacher like this he will go a long way...
"You can't go to Italy right now"
Me, in 2020: **uhmmm**
It's so beautyful love music! Grazie Maestro
Great teacher.
You are so talented. Thx for the video. 🙂👍💯🙋♂️😻
Great Maestro ... ❤🌹❤
What a transformation!
In tears
this was beautiful

Yeah...my motivator is this video playlist on time signature where Sir. Zandar tells me, “don’t be that dude”
I am in love with this video serious, but may I request more wind instruments?
Ethan Neal I think it is more difficult for Mr Zander to teach to wind instruments, he is a cellist.
I get he's a cellist but he knows how to teach musicians to phrase and express emotion into their pieces which is what many of these videos include him teaching
strawbarely shut up
Such musical talent for a kid so small
The title registers as incomplete for me. It says Interpretations Class:
And that's it.
Leela lol for me too
This concerto is above this young man's level of playing, so it is difficult for him to express himself using it. He can just barely play the notes. He can practice more, true, but his teacher should assign pieces he can play, too.
true, i felt the same but he plays very good for his age
Agreed.
Same here.
That’s not how you learn
That's one great violin.
Ah...if Italy would ne as he tells....
Im sorry, but the first time Peter played it. It was kind of... Bad. But after the teachings of Ben....
Peter is gifted, but does need more practice
What a wake up call...This is the first seeing someone called out for not practicing. Oy-vey! I bet Maestro Zander was shaking his head after that session. I can picture the scenario. The young musician got to this point on raw talent alone. I fell into the same trap when I was younger. I did not take joy in making music or learned how to use it for expression. Through the years I lost complete interest.
I am wondering if this was not the instrument for Peter? Maybe some other string?
he’s 15 now and hates violin❤️ just an update🥰
@@lydiacho5271 That is a shame, I hope he will come to terms with whatever he's going through. If he drops it completely he will be very disappointed when he gets older. As I said, it was not fun for him.
@@lydiacho5271 oh that's a real bummer what happened?
BRUH FJSHAH WHY IS RHIS VID FAMOUS
PEETER!
tuning problem
He was most probably just nervous. A tuning problem can be solved with some hours of practice anyways. But learning a direction to the right interpretation is the real thing of this class
