This was back in 2016, and I will be re-visiting some previous Airshow's through the year due to the Covid-19 and the lack of Airshows in 2020!!
Flight Lieutenant Mark Long, the Typhoon's display pilot, had warned the lack of wind would make the aircraft "crazy loud" - and as the sound built into a thunderous roar you could see people start to cover their ears. - Авто та транспорт

Specs show the Typhoon to be maneuverable, but that pilot's skills are Top Gun!

That;s the hardest "G" pulls I think I've ever seen and I've been to a good number of military air shows.
good, but Russian pilots are better, planes too.
One of the best displays I've ever seen = and I'm 81!
A spectacular aircraft but an even more spectacular demonstration of peerless piloting skills. The pilot makes the Typhoon dance. Difficult maneuvers are executed with seeming ease. And what one doesn’t see is the extraordinary (as in extra ordinary) physical fitness and resilience that the pilot has; those high-speed advanced acrobatics take a tremendous toll on the human body. Amazing is an overused adjective, but this display was, well, amazing.
The speeds theyre limited to here dont hardly even compare to what high speed flight maneuvers r like. Not to say what he did was easy but the worlds top fighter pilots could do this with relative ease

Pilots in USA armed services are not allowed to hot dog their jets but can. Everything is choreographed to the letter. I think this builds character and discipline in our pilots and does not give away everything to our enemies. Just an opinion.
The pilot has defied the laws of aerodynamics. His skills gave me goosebumps. A masterpiece at 06:55. The cameraman doesn´t stay much behind the pilot´s art, his shooting is superb!
WOW respect to the pilot,I have seen many presentations in a 30 years + air meetings trips but that demo was the most dynamic and brutal I've ever seen, thx to both of you for this !!!!! GJ
I wonder how many people watching this video fully appreciate the skill level of that pilot
Im sure many appreciate the skill required though less probably understand how the g-forces pulled affect the pilot, especially the negative gs. That was an awesome show

Love the British and their aircraft. When I was in the USAF stationed at SAC Hdqts. my favorite plane was the "Vulcan". that will give away my age. This is one bad ass pilot...I know he was pulling 9.5 G's on some of his maneuvers. I was starting to G-Lock just watching this!! Thank you for one of the best videos ever!! Mike from USA
That was the best camera work I have ever seen!!! I especially like how your Typhoon is backdrop against the white sky, making it look black and Awesome.....then goes into a blue sky showing off its beauty greys!! Pilot looked like he was having a Blast out there!!

I remember watching in awe as one tore along the flight line at Waddington air show in 2006. It was on full afterburner and the pilot pulled back and it disappeared dead vertical,out of sight in seconds. The feel from the engines and the rate at which it changed direction highly impressed!
Saw this at the Bournemouth Airshow...it's like it rips the air apart with the power and noise!
You should listen to some of the Cold-war planes.
@@timmason7430 I was lucky to experience the take off of an English Electric Lightning when it stood on it's tail and climbed vertically into the sky and the roar of the Vulcan as it took off
Came back a few years ago after eight years working alongside the Saudi Airforce. Sitting in the “hit” team wagon, literally 100 yards from four F15s followed by four Typhoons taking off in pairs with reheat was something you definitely felt in your chest as well as heard.

I've been lucky enough to have a flight in a twin seater and negative g is a horrible feeling lol. I was at the controls and did it while inverted. The current display pilot was also on my Squadron a few years ago.
The eurofighter is one of my favourite planes, incredibly maneuverable. Awesome footage too.

Flt. Lt. Mark Long was a neighbour of my son-in-law at the time in 2016. Really nice guy and he can certainly fly! Fantastic display and great video Elwyn.

Whew! That pilot owned that Typhoon. F-22 is still in my number one spot, but I have no idea why our (US) Airforce would not love to have a squadron of these. I love Delta wing fighters. They have capabilities that standard wing fighters just don't. The old Avro Vulcan 2 is one of my favorite bombers, guess I'm a Delta wing guy.
Every now and then, you see man and machine in epic harmony.
It's a credit to human capability really, not that we built the machine, that we can control such an amazing machine.
Just watching this made me feel the G-forces. In fact I nearly passed out, but that was because I was holding my breath for nearly the whole time. What an incredible pilot! I am in AWE.

Your not the only one that is, going to miss the ENJOYMENT of seeing & hearing such ICONIC aircraft fly for our enjoyment. 2020 WHAT A YEAR TOTAL BORING & it's so DULL, & MISERABLE!!! & almost lifeless atmosphere without something to enjoy. 2020 the year of MISERY!!!! Apart from watching old clips from last year on UA-cam. I suppose it's better than nothing.

I love this beautiful beast. Its agility is amazing, and it’s not the flying low and slow crap pulling high bleed maneuvers that will only get a pilot killed in real combat that you find Su’s perform , but maneuvers that will save a pilot’s as in a real dogfight.
Moves like that probably passed down from generation no wonder we won the battle of Britain, with these guys are skies are definitely safe. Brilliant video 👍✌
The most effective RAF squadrons in the battle of Britain were actually Polish and Czech

@@ElwynR I kinda liked how you let him go and then fly back into focus. The departure was not unlike a final Lightning pair departure seen at Mildenhall, but sliding over in trail, shock waves flickering, hearing then coming, going noisy pulling up in trail and climbing clear out of sight.
When the EE LIGHTING was in service and doing demos at shows I used to love the exit at the end a high speed run in on the centre line to halfway down the runway then a afterburner tail stand and as soon as it dissapeared into the cloud base throttle back to almost dead silence. And that was back in the late 60's but ohhhhh the noise

The Typhoon is one of the most BAD ASS aircraft in service....
Don Davis Along with the Rafale, F-22 and F-35. The American aircraft obviously have different mission profiles but regardless there’s some amazing airframes in the sky currently.

@@dblankenship88 - Typhoon, Rafale, Raptor, Gripen, PAK-FA; all highly maneuverable fighters (with the Typhoon my favorite), but the F-35 is nothing more but a 21st century Starfighter scam... It's a lemon.. no matter how many gadgets you put in it, it can't maneuver.. They don't even have the maneuverability to fly through Star Wars Canyon or Mach Loop like an F18.. It's embarrassing.

That negative g partially inverted turn was immense. Never seen a con -trail from a tail fin before!

That isn't a contrail, it's fuel venting from the fin tip as suddenly the pressure changes inside the tank
@@adamjones4951 Thanks for info Adam, every day is a school day! I had to have a Google as it seemed such a strange concept, but you are indeed correct. You'd have thought dumping fuel just above two afterburners would have potential for spectacular results, though it's evidently not an issue.
I went to Waddington Airshow a few times, absolutely loved it!

That depends where you live and whose jets are making the noise.
FFS, the _the sound of freedom_ ? It is the sound of an object being propelled through the air by means of mixing kerosene and compressed air which is then ignited that produces sufficient thrust to overcome drag. A byproduct of this process is *noise* and *NOT* freedom. If you still insist on using that stupid Septic Tank phrase then I hope you get a few 556 sounds of freedom being sent your way. 🙄

Fantastic plane and special design, noisy as well. I can never get over the F15 E for noise and the shocker was the visiting F22 for noise. They gave a lot a work to the manufacturers. I could see the drones taking over though.
