If your using pantheon ult you need to aim it behind the enemy retreat path far enough so you can catch them even if they flash without having to burn flash. Your team can catch up once you stun their carry. You keep using it to land near them which is easy to counter by just walking away and or nami bubbles where you land. Only time you use ult on them is if you are fighting for obj or they are stuck in a cc.
