My question is what if you’ve already done everything wrong? Single person LLC is considered pass through on taxes the same as a sole proprietor. If you pierce the veil between business and personal the llc is void. So how can someone who started with personal property turned rental property protect themselves? Insurance?
What if you cant provide a buisness address , do you use your personal address or do you just use the property address and hope no mail goes to your tenants
