The stadium isn't acquainted into the 12 point deduction threat as it isn't apparent of ffp (or profit and sustainability) its the sacking of managers and coaching staff, the high wages and transfers which have put everton close to the brink of breaking profit and sustainability rules. But alot of sources have said everton havent broke it but have been close to breaking it. And if everton have broken it, it is also the premier leagues fault!
