(6th of April 2020) Still progressing but at home 😁 (16th Feb 2021) I hope gyms are opening soon but still here (16th May 2022) I focus a little more on school, but I'm still here (10th May 2024) Got my degree, got a new job and got back to the gym. Life’s great!

I'm still waiting to fully grow so I can start working out like you at the gym, till then I work out with body weight, swim and run. I wanna be like you but so many people say it's too much, I'm not sure what to do. Still watch this video at least every three days to stay motivated. He was on the Olympia stage, more than once, he won bodybuilding shows, he's a pro. The odds of that happening natural are 1 in 100 mil, genetics wise. Oh and you need more than 20 pounds of lean muscle to get there... He's a great athlete, hard worker but enhanced
for the past 6 years I tried several times to build up my body in any way and I never got the right solutions , I barely see professionals here where I live , most are bulky sized body builders only achieving that hulking body , that is not what I really care about , what really motivates me is the fitness models , but there are none here , I really need a good coach , but where I don't really know .
