In my Church we are free to blink and shout Hallelujah anytime the Spirit moves within us. Shouts of Glory Glory are heard often. This is a victorious passage concerning the end of the coming Israelis war and yet everyone was as quiet as a mouse. Very Sad.
Tell me you're a Charismatic without telling me you're a Charismatic. Shouting or not Shouting during a service proves nothing. I find it very disruptive and a "look at me, look at me!" display.

I do not know what imprecatory means but I believe that Psalm 83 is prophetic. It is a type of Revelation 13 - "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy..." Both passages deal with the enemies of Israel. A confederation against her. There is and has been and shall be ten nations confederated. The people of Edom, Ishmaelites, Moab, Hagarenes, Gebal, Ammon, Amalek, Philistines, Tyre, and Assur of old are just renamed but the goal is the same.
It is likely a prophetic war. It isn’t happening yet, but it could be unfolding. It requires all of those mentioned to come together against Israel. As of now, it doesn’t seem like they’re involved but could be. It seems as if it will be known when these players join together. If you watch the news on this war, it seems as if many nations are about to come together but only time will tell.
Look up Bill Salus, Prophecy Depot Ministries, he has a book all about this Psalm and believes it describes the current war. It is more than a prayer, it names all the current surrounding enemies of Israel and proclaims they will win.
One of my favourite Imprecatory Psalm🙏❤️🙏
Thank you!
Remember, we have all sinned. Let us repent and return to the Father, following Jesus.
Thank you pastor the lord has put you in you tube.
Look up Asaph, he is a musician and seer in David’s court. A seer is another word for prophet (like when describing Samuel)

So what? There is nothing sad about this video. Stop being so judgmental. Ridiculous.

Is this a prophecy of the war in Israel right now? Or is it only a prayer?

It may be.
