in my 13 years in school this videos is the most i've learned, listened and focused in my entire school life Love these. imma hit chest tomorrow and imma take notes from this. Keep it up. Love u man
Im currently an unfit grad student, watching you from December inspired me ,tho as I was progressing I was stupid an took part in a arm wrestling tournament, currently have a damaged tissue n nerve on my right hand n watching you just motivates me now not to give up coz life is tough

It seems that when most guys get into weight lifting, a big chest is normally what they want to obtain, I would say shoulders are far more important though for an aesthetic look, i know aesthetics are subjective up to a point, so we can all agree to disagree, but dominant shoulders over a big lower chest will always be more appealing IMO, a large lower chest begins to look like boobs too much, I'd say go heavy on the dumbbell incline, maybe even avoid flat bench for hypertrophy, and you get a more armored look on your chest and big shoulders to emphasize the v taper
Chest always been a lacking part of mine compared to back cuz i started working out with like 200 pull-ups a day. These tips for sure help, especially the scapula movement thing is OP, anybody who hasn't tried pushing with their lats should try it for sure!
Been training around 3 years - only just started ditching the rep goals and focusing on doing as many reps as I can for 3 or 4 sets - has changed my workouts a ton
Finally, after hours of watching videos, how i get a bigger chest, you uploaded THIS. THIS is amazing, straight informations and no talking around the topic. THANKS
Through these neutral and factbased Videos I am learning so much, I'm very grateful that i dont have to gather this information all by myself. Huge thanks for that♥
i'd personally disagree that your chest is the most dominant muscle on you. what I've noticed is your serratus muscles, they're very well developed and give you a really well rounded and aesthetic look. I've started hitting them a lot harder recently and a couple of my friends who have noticed the same thing told me when they started to grow that I looked like a "Wish Version of Alex Eubank" best compliment i've ever gotten, to be honest. even a wish version of you is incredible.
THANK YOU!! I’ve struggled hitting my chest and getting good contractions for some reason, the tips as far as using your back more in that motion has helped a lot in taking the load off the arms and onto the chest
Amazing advice man! The reason why I would spend 14 minutes listening to an informative video is if the content truely is informative. It is! Thank you for the help:)
Not sure if you read this, Alex, but youre a huge inspiration. You are the prime example for so many (me included) for what you can achieve naturally. Im writing this to let you know, if you are thinking about doing TRT, please dont! Being lean year round isnt worth the trade-off of potential side-effects, it being a life long commitment and most importantly not any longer being every natural lifters symbol of hope! If you doubt that, ask Merijn, about his experience with TRT.

Great info for beginners and those who like you said stick to that 3x10 or 12 sets reps .. Wassup with the cubes in the background broe. Had me zoning..hahahaa.. good stuff man..
alex back and down is right, but back and down as ppl think is wrong. its the serratus anterior pointing the tip of the shoulderblade properly. the rest of the stability is just lats. ppl usually use the traps to lock shoulders which is ALWAYS WRONG. the shoulder needs to be somewhat moveable in order for the pec to even work, but in proper position
