Thanks for that, I had wondered how the hatch worked on those early tanks. First lot of carriers are 'bren' carriers, the rest are 'Universal' carriers.

Makes you wonder why that idea is not used on forklifts etc.

BIGGLES flys again just the Bren gun, but the carrier had a placement for AA firing
