I am owner of Maruti Suzuki 800 BS-3 model of 2007 and I have fixed Bridgestone tyres for my own car in the month of December 2014 and now even after 8 years and 8 months (18/9/2022) and i found no problem in Bridgestone tyres even very few punctures too. The linings of the tyres are still as it is even after guarantee period is over. Bridgestone tyres are definitely a good option for any car.
He forgot to mention Continental tyres which are the best among all tyres. I have used it on my skoda for 95000 kms without any problem. No puncture or no sound of tyres.
We have our original tires from Bridgestone as well on Alto K10 from 2012, without any issues except little cracking because it is parked in the sun. For over 10 years and 40000 Km, they are fine according to the service center.

My indigo had jk tyres, no issues till 60k kms, and after 1.2lakh kms for second set. New ertiga comes with Bridgestone and tyre bursted at noida expressway at 4k kms only. Replaced it with jk as Bridgestone had rejected claim for even new tyre.
absolutely correct - claim rejection is very normal for big companies and i also experienced the same thing - with celerio jk tyre works very well -- as per my point of view may be they are promoting those 2 companies.

I shifted from Bridgestone B250, company fitted in i10, to GOOD YEAR Assurance Duraplus 2. Bridgestone gave me a good life of 45000kms but they gave noise, when they are used after 40000kms. I am using good year now, very silent tyre, no noise at highway and wet braking is also nice. It holds the road very firmly. Very nice tyre good year assurance duraplus 2.
In Himachal Yokohama will last longer then Bridgestone . Michelin will give you chumeshwari experience but it's not easy to find due to low Yokohama tyres are most suitable tyres for Indian roads.
I am driving brezza since 2016 with mrf, 42000 kms Delhi himachal to fro most. They were really good, less puncture, low noise and good braking but now they are being cracked with age and noise is definitely high.

Ceat is much much better than mrf as I have used mrf as it comes in my new baleno and swift both but both times in both cars mrf tyre get exhausted nearby 50000 km but in ceat after 60000 km tyre condition is still much much better.
Any day i would close my eyes and go for ceat, very good tyres, there are many problems with mrf and Bridgestone nowadays, wall burst is very common in them.
I purchased 4 tyres of Bridgestone and with in 15k km 03 out of 04 tyres got bubbles on side wall.. no punchar no cut.. dealer said its becouse of hard punching...so no replacement.. my car used in city use only..

Soft tyre more grip, hard tyre less grip, soft tyre for comfort riding, hard tyre better stiffness, stability. Go for softer one if you want comfort riding and noise insulation. Ceat too in the 2nd category as well. Their quality of rubber is superior. 3rd category: Firestone, Kelly, Kumho, Dunlop. These are on the 3rd category because lack of service availability.
From saftey point of view Select MRF tyres because they have hard side walls and tyre doesn't comes out of wheel incase of sudden deflation when driving at speed more than 60km. Bridgestone tyres are soft and are more prone to wear and tear. Jk, appollo and ceat are soft tyres having nearly same problem of Bridgestone. In nutshell, always go with same classification of tyre with which your car comes. Don't ever change the width, aspect ratio or rim size of the tyre as they adversely affect the dynamics of the vehicle. This is what my experience is of 38 years of driving

Road Noise Bridgestone se kam hai, and Yokohama softer compound hone ke bad bhi bridgestone jitni bhi nahi to 80% life hai. Yokohama lagane ke bad bridgestone try kiya hai maine maza ni aya dusre din hi jaakr vapas Yokohama Earth1 lagwaye maine personally. Michellin bhot acha tire hai but life kam hai grip achi hone ki vajah se. Yokohama zabardast grip bhi deta hai and at the same time achi life bhi.
Compare and you will get to know that all tyres are same. For example a 8000rs Bridgestone tyre will go for 60,000 KM so it is 0.13rs/KM. Ceat you can get at 6000rs and it will go for 45000km again 0.13rs/km, Michelin is 10000rs and go for 75-80 thousand km again 0.13rs/km. So basically per km run of all tyres are same, you just taking extra KM by paying extra.
ive used apollo and using Goodyear triplemax 2 and can confindently say goodyears are performing better in terms of ride comfort than apollo. both were priced same. MRF make so much noice in one of my close friends car and I'm convinced they are the worst, Ceat secura are on par with apollo 4g, gooyear are little better for comfort, and the best one id say are Continental. bridgstone and yokohama are nowhere near Continental and Michelin.

I used both tyres in my car I felt Goodyear tyre better than MRF ones, specially on Highway. MRF tyres were producing more sound were little hard as compared to the Goodyear ones. MRF makes hard tyres and does not provide the kind of comfort. MRF worn off at 45k whereas Goodyear were changed at 60k
MRF tyres are made from cold rubber whereas other tyres are made from hot rubber. MRF tyres are suitable for fully loaded vehicle along with long trip(both conditions must be fulfilled).

Ghatiya Appollo - Poor Quality, Ghista bahot jyada hai, puncture dba ke hota hai, Alignment bigdi nhi ki ghis jayega 7 dino me hi, 1st category not suitable for Indian Roads. I am using JK now, Road noise level is low as compared to Appollo. Shall further give review if anything else i observe.

I've tried both of these and didn't felt like it was as good as Michelin ones.

FAN OF MICHELIN BUT HAD TO GO FOR GOODYEAR MICHELIN WAS APPROX DOUBLE THE PRICE AROUND 9700 AND GOODYEAR WAS 5700

Select MRF tyres because they have hard side walls and tyre doesn't comes out of wheel incase of sudden deflation when driving at speed more than 60km.
Bridgestone tyres are soft and are more prone to wear and tear.
Jk, appollo and ceat are soft tyres having nearly same problem of Bridgestone.
In nutshell, always go with same classification of tyre with which your car comes. Don't ever change the width, aspect ratio or rim size of the tyre as they adversely affect the dynamics of the vehicle.

Tyres are aramid fiber based, no resonance ...I don't even like Bridgestone too...Pirelli is another great option

Michellin bhot acha tire hai but life kam hai grip achi hone ki vajah se. Yokohama zabardast grip bhi deta hai and at the same time achi life bhi.

I like Yokohama. 1st category mein Continental bhi aata hai.
Compare and you will get to know that all tyres are same. For example a 8000rs Bridgestone tyre will go for 60,000 KM so it is 0.13rs/KM. Ceat you can get at 6000rs and it will go for 45000km again 0.13rs/km, Michelin is 10000rs and go for 75-80 thousand km again 0.13rs/km. So basically per km run of all tyres are same, you just taking extra KM by paying extra.
Who told you michelin will give you that much on indian road, they are puncture prone especially made for European countries
ive used apollo and using Goodyear triplemax 2 and can confindently say goodyears are performing better in terms of ride comfort than apollo. both were priced same. MRF make so much noice in one of my close friends car and I'm convinced they are the worst, Ceat secura are on par with apollo 4g, gooyear are little better for comfort, and the best one id say are Continental. bridgstone and yokohama are nowhere near Continental and Michelin.

I used both tyres in my car I felt Goodyear tyre better than MRF ones, specially on Highway.
MRF tyres were producing more sound were little hard as compared to the Goodyear ones. MRF makes hard tyres and does not provide the kind of comfort.
MRF worn off at 45k whereas Goodyear were changed at 60k
MRF tyres are made from cold rubber whereas other tyres are made from hot rubber. MRF tyres are suitable for fully loaded vehicle along with long trip(both conditions must be fulfilled).
First in class : Continental , Pireli , Hankook , Yokohama
Rigid in Class : Bridge Stone , Michelin , MRF , Falken .
Medium in Class : Good year , JK , Apollo
Up to Ur choice : Ceat , Birla Tyres , kenda

और दूसरा सेट मैंने 55000 किलोमीटर पर डाला अभी 90000 किलोमीटर पर गाड़ी है फिर भी 50% टायर नक्षी बची हुई है.

Michelin ke sath ek dikkat hai ki 4 sal bad mera saro tyre ke grip 70 percent ke hone ke babjud vi ovel and band ho gaya.. Lekin use peheleke tyre company fitted the usko toh full ghisne ke baad badal diya esse se yehi sabit hota sahe company 1at honge lekin humare yaha ke weather ke hisap se sahi nehi ya jyada research nehi kiya...
I've installed ceat tyre on my activa, it makes some rubbery noise but gripping is top notch. Better than company fitted mrf.

I am using Michelin tyres from past 10 years tried bridstone but bridstone didn't last long so i would prefer Michelin.

Ghatiya Appollo - Poor Quality, Ghista bahot jyada hai, puncture dba ke hota hai, Alignment bigdi nhi ki ghis jayega 7 dino me hi, 1st category not suitable for Indian Roads. I am using JK now, Road noise level is low as compared to Appollo. Shall further give review if anything else i observe.
Had bad experience with Bridgestone. using JK tyre since 2 years,no puncture issues. Jk tyres best for bad roads.

For cars , blindly go for Yokohama tyres. Only 1st category best tyres for Indian road conditions.
Don't go with Bridgestone sturdo. Instead go with continental UC6.
B290 is replaced by sturdo is wrong decision.
