The reason i dont make sandcastles is i am worried the princess will sue me for the stairs. Im not very good at them lol.
LOL they are probably not up to princess code but to make them better just practice on stairs only - cut diagonal lines into block and practice getting the spatula level - sounds obvious but once you get the correct angle sorted its a breeze..and remember to lift of the cut pieces and not just flick them - makes for a much cleaner cut
