For public works money should be given in phases or after the completion of work and auditing the work done. Till then the contractors should be allowed to take loans from the government and then settle it after the work is completed

Corruption no doubt is a main reason for this bridge collapse, but we also have to keep in mind that all the bridge collapse are happening in northern bihar, which is very prone to flood. Keeping that in mind the bridges should have been built robustly to long last. There are many more reason, lets see what come out in future.

Corruption no doubt is a main reason for this bridge collapse, but we also have to keep in mind that all the bridge collapse are happening in northern bihar, which is very prone to flood. Keeping that in mind the bridges should have been built robustly to long last.
